We stayed with several children and their parents! My room was in the old folk house ② on the homepage, and it was a very fine Japanese house. The cleaning is thorough and I'm surprised at such a low price. I definitely want to stay there next time! Highly recommended! The staff at the inn were very kind, and I was also happy to see the hostess's easy-going attitude. Here's some advice for people staying in old folk houses ②.Is old house ② underground? And the attic? It was a little creepy (lol), and the kids had a blast because it looked like Totoro's house! However, especially in the basement, there are only easy-to-open doors, and there are shoji screens and glass windows, so waddling babies need to be supervised. If you're staying at a hotel for a long time, you may need to come up with some ideas. Not having a refrigerator may be a problem depending on the time of year. Also, the dining area and bathroom are far from the old folk house ②...! It's a short walk if you drive, but it's a bit of a walk. However, it also served as an opportunity to take a walk, and it became a very fond memory. The starry sky whispering with insects and the ridgeline covered in morning mist were amazing.

we stayed there after long hike on Kohechi and staff was superb. Being able to soak in hot water after three days of hiking was a bliss. Definitely would choose it again.

Used as accommodation on the 3rd day of Kohechi. The cost performance is quite good (around 9,000 yen including two meals). You can soak in the hot springs fed by the source as much as you want until morning. What bothered me was that although there was a tea set in the room, there was no water. Is there a system where you can buy water from the vending machine at the entrance if you want to drink it? There was no place to get water. If you need it, please ask the landlady as soon as possible. It seems like it's not a permanent residence.

An inn with hot springs fed directly from the source of Totsukawa Onsen. There is only one indoor bath. Odorless, slightly cloudy fresh water ♨️Since it is a two-story wooden building, the rooms are not soundproofed and the sounds of everyday life are noisy. Dinner was great with kamameshi and grilled fish. You can take a bath until 8am. Check-out is at 9am, but there is no rush to vacuum or clean before 8am🏃‍♂️

I went to eat kamameshi at the attached drive-in. It was very delicious. The charred rice was especially delicious.
