I have been indebted to you several times in Osaka. It was my first time in Tokyo 💡Conveniently located near JR Oimachi Station.7-ELEVEN is on the first floor of the hotel. It's very nice to have it◎The third floor will be the front. There are 4 machines next to the front.I was able to do a smart check-in from my cell phone. The reception was also speedy 🎵I think the rooms were nice and clean as well.Breakfast in the morning is one of my pleasures. It will be Aya - IRODORI - on the second floor. It's spacious and clean with an extensive menu.Because it was on a certain floorI enjoyed my meal slowly🍚Mr. Viain works for JR Group. The service is also solid, soI would like to use it again 😌

I stayed here for 3 nights in October 2024. Good access from Oimachi Station. The nearest exit is A2. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the hotel. There is also a famous Chinese restaurant, Maruyoshi Hanten, between the station and the hotel, making it a convenient location. There are also many other restaurants nearby. The room was compact but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and I had a comfortable stay. Personally, I was glad that there was an off timer for the TV. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I had never stayed in the Jonan area when I came to Tokyo, but this time I decided to stay because the price was cheaper. If you stay on a weekday, you can get prices that you wouldn't expect to find in Tokyo. …

It is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven located right below the hotel within a 5 minute walk from Oimachi Station. There are also supermarkets such as Yokado nearby. It was really great because I was able to participate live at Ariake Arena on the Rinkai Line. However, when I stayed for several nights, I couldn't relax in the morning because the cleaning staff's energetic chatter echoed throughout the room, and when I entered the room, there was a mysterious "ointment" in the refrigerator, so I was lazy about checking. I was a little disappointed. The front desk is on the third floor, so all rooms have a certain height and the view is not bad.

The location and surrounding facilities are enough to make it a regular lodging. The room is also comfortable. To be honest, there is a ring-shaped dark spot at the bottom of the bathtub.Sometimes there is mold in the air purifier tank,It's a shame that the place is so hit and miss, with foreigners making noise in the hallways. However, even if you deduct that, there are still many comforts and conveniences.I will continue to use it from now on.P.S: When I have no choice but to work in my room, the cleaning staff in the hallway are very noisy. It's not like I'm working because I'm constantly communicating in a foreign language loudly. It is better to give up on WebMTG etc. Also, I don't want people to doubt me because of coffee stains on my wallpaper.

A business hotel affiliated with JR West Japan, located about a 3-minute walk from Oimachi Station. From the Ours Inn Hankyu side exit, turn to the left with your back to the station. There is a hotel sign on top of a tall building, so you won't get lost. There is a 7-Eleven on the 1st floor, and the front desk is on the 3rd floor by taking the escalator. If you make a reservation from the official website, you can check in using the automatic payment machine without having to line up at the front desk. The customer service level of the staff is high, and it makes you think that it is a JR Group company. There are no amenities in the room, so you need to take what you need from the amenity bar in front of the reception. However, there is a charge for hairbrushes and razors. Drip coffee and tea are free.Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are provided in the room. The room has a humidifying air purifier and a refrigerator. The air conditioning is individual air conditioning and works well. There is an outlet next to the bed, so you won't have to worry about charging your smartphone. Although the location is close to elevated railroad tracks, it is very quiet and you won't be bothered by any noise. The bathroom is well maintained, including the water area, and the shower curtain is brand new, making it comfortable to use. In the past, Oimachi was a relatively inexpensive place to stay in Tokyo, but with the construction of the Rinkai Line, you can now go to Shibuya and Shinjuku without changing trains, making it more convenient, and also because of the recent inbound tourism. The price is gradually rising. Still, this hotel falls into the cheap category when you consider the management structure and service level. This is a hotel that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity. By the way, the 7-Eleven on the first floor does not sell cigarettes, so if you are a smoker, please use the Family Mart on the way from the station.
