I stayed here because I was suddenly looking for accommodation, booked this hotel at tiket.com. the mattress wasn't comfortable, there were lots of ants on the mattress, they said there was wifi, but it turned out the wifi didn't work. and what's worse is that there is a wedding event where the sound is checked from 3 in the morning. actually couldn't sleep because of the noise!!! for the first & last time staying here

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND. BAD FACILITIES DO NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION. THERE IS NO WIFI IN THE ROOM, THE WATER HEATER AND SHOWER ARE NOT WORKING. THE AC IS NOT COLD, THERE ARE LOTS OF ANTS IN BETWEEN THE MATTRESS. REALLY DON'T COME BACK AGAIN WKWKFOR FRIENDLY STAFF..

I don't know whether this hotel is superior or delux which is better, but in terms of price on Agoda, delux is more expensive so I think the facilities should also be above superior. Previously, in 2020, I also ordered the superior one from Traveloka, I got it in the upper room, the facilities were okay and quite good, although not as good as hotels in general. But in my opinion, this is really serious, so I wonder if it was because I ordered from Agoda that I gave it randomly or what. even though I ordered delux, I was given a room with dim lights and the vanity headlight didn't have a bulb or it was dead, the air conditioner wasn't cold, I ordered a wide bed instead of a small bed combined so the husband and wife didn't get enough sleep, the shower didn't work so it had to be shower using a dipper, the infrastructure is also really bad, lots of walls have cracks in the bathroom area and almost all corners of the room, the toilet door is broken, the front door can't be locked from the outside so it makes it a hassle to have to carry valuables if you want to go anywhere and what's worse The toilet can't be flushed, you have to flush it with a dipper too. In the application it states the benefits of getting coffee and tea and wifi but in fact there aren't any, instead there is a writing on the table that if you want tea and coffee the order bill is calculated, it doesn't include the room price, the wifi password is also usually posted in other hotels on the table in the room but I can't find it at all. until I turned around and found it was just a Qibla direction sticker on the ceiling at the corner of the door, if you don't want to give free wifi, it's better not to write it in the application, it's free. The exhaust in the bathroom is really strained, people's relationships are really scary, it's scary to fall on someone's neck. The water heater was so bad that it wouldn't turn on, I waited until it wouldn't turn on, finally I complained, it turned out the reason was because I had replaced the gas. OK, it's okay, I was going to complain about the shower and toilet problems because there were too many people to complain about so I got lazy first. It's just enough to know that, please help the hotel owner improve the feeling I had when I was there, it wasn't that bad. The location is strategic, close to everywhere. Almost forgot, one more thing, the sheets don't seem to have been changed, because when I want CO, I always take them all off to make things easier for the room boy, earlier I found the sheets had a pretty big stain at the end of the fold, but I didn't have time to take a photo because the light was off, which I don't know. Why did it die and then I was in a hurry to try and I wasn't the one who dirty the bed sheets because they were on the inside, I didn't change them or they weren't washed or they weren't clean, I don't know either. I hope this is just my prejudice, I hope I replace it just because when I wash it, the stains are so stubborn that they still look dirty. That's all my review, hopefully there will be improvements

The rooms are nice, comfortable, the atmosphere is good...The water is also clean and smooth, the room is also cool because the AC is also really cold...Only 1 less because when I was a child, I wanted to swim. The swimming pool was really dirty, but if I could fix it again for the swimming pool...
