When I visited here two years ago, it was a beautiful place with a beautiful river and a place where children could play safely. This did not change today (Saturday, July 27th).However, one thing that really changed my impression, or rather, was very disappointing, was the cafeteria inside the facility.Two years ago, you didn't need to make a reservation, and even if you showed up unexpectedly, you'd be served delicious soba noodles and fried horse mackerel.Personally, I remember the soba with honkuzu and the fried horse mackerel being very delicious at that time, and I was looking forward to trying them again this time.When I arrived at the store at 12:30 p.m. after playing in the river with my family, there was a white sign posted at the entrance that said, "Open from 1:00 p.m."I was curious, so I asked the staff at the restaurant, and they said, ``Today, the guests will be having lunch, and that will finish around 1:00 pm, so we will be open after that.'' , I decided to wait for 1pm on a chair inside the store.Besides us, there was an elderly couple waiting on chairs.However, even at 1 p.m., I still hadn't been guided. I was curious, so I checked with the clerk again, and she said, ``There's another reservation customer today, so I can't take your order yet. If you had made a reservation in advance or by yesterday, you would have been able to have the meal, but there is another customer who has made a reservation today, so if that person has finished eating, However, there may be a shortage of ingredients, so we may not be able to take orders at that time.That was a really terrible response.After hearing this, my family and I decided to leave, but soon after, an elderly couple who had been waiting like we were there asked the staff a question, and indignantly left the store.I thought it was a natural progression.I will never use this restaurant again.I am well aware of the soba manufacturer that sells soba to this shop, but I never dreamed that they would treat me so badly.This store is the worst.

Convenient.However, there are no shops at either Furusatomura or the hot springs. Ice is sold at Furusatomura. There is a juice vending machine, but other than that, you can find it at Hiyoshinosato Marche Yamazaki, which is a 25-minute drive away, but the only alcohol available is local beer [costing over 700 to 800 yen]. The selection is not very good and you have to go to Lawson about 30 minutes away.
