Good :location, quick responseBad: Very scary of ants attacked our stuff as the video, it will crawl around. it is very terrible as we have kid. the cleanliness of the room of 5th floor need to improve. staff only provide me spray to ask me clear myself. this is very unacceptable for the cleanliness part.

Clean room, friendly staff - certain wear and tear on the floor - please wear the room slipper for safety as some of the vinyls in the laminated floors are popping out when you step on themMy only MAJOR UPSET AND COMPLAINTS are the POOR RABBITS at the 5th floor - they are living in a dirty environment and completely ungroomed, one of them even looks sick - very depressingPlease TAKE CARE of them, rabbits need hay 24/7 - clean water in ceramic bowls - the area for them to run around in is awful and dirty also.. smoking area beside the rabbits are not good please remove the smoking area there - smokers please just smoke downstairs instead ok 🙏🥹Please give them a bigger space and clean surrounding - it’s really terrible for animal lover to come and see that - I myself own a rabbit who is free roaming in the house with everything providedHave a heart you guys how much is hay and clean water 😡 rabbits are one of the sweetest and smartest animals too - they do not deserved to be treated like this!!! BE KIND TO YOUR ANIMALS!!! PLEASE PUT YOURSELF IN THE POOR RABBIT’S SHOE!!!

Two rabbits at level 5. Look like they are not being taken care of. Extremely dirty fur, horrible environment and very very small area for the rabbits which is not healthy for them and a lot of insects ants, mosquitoes etc. Also a smoking area right next to them.

It's in a good location in the Nagoya area, with many restaurants nearby, and it's inexpensive, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is no breakfast, but there are many hawkers and cafes in the area, so no problem. The only difficult point was that the door to the room had a PIN code with a large number of digits, which made me a little confused.

Hotel main door is lock only access with passcode, room password is sent by WhatsApp and receptionist reply WA quick with basic English, overall they are friendly.Guest room is nice chill when we check in, aircon is on before we arrived 👍🏻Inside the room there are slippers and toothbrush tooth paste and power plugs suitable for any.The living room toilet 🚽 has a bad drainage smell. Main room toilet was ok and hotel looks clean and new.We booked family room fits 5-7 pax as we prefer good space, the bunk bed is too high for the room design and we try to climb up as an adult id definitely not recommend for kids. Should be improved.Outside hotel small alley, nearby is burning some plastic smell wasn’t comfortable, not sure if hotel can feedback anything

Have personal issues with the fragrance smell at 1st night of the room assigned to us but the hotel got it promptly changed to another room the second night. 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it’s sufficient. Just the bunk bed is quite high to climb up even for an adult and definitely not recommend for kids to stay up. Overall clean and minimalist kind of hotel and super convenient to BCS mall via Pintu(Door) 3 entrance and surrounding have good food and cafe and INDOMARET for snacks and mineral water for purchasing. Hotel provided slippers and toothbrush and tooth paste and plugs are multi national eg UK, US, Europe plugs are accepted.Foldable table at living room is to be handle with care and so is the shelving, can’t put too much heavy stuff on them. Sofa bed in the living room can sleep 1 adult and 1 kid (age 2-9). 2 bathroom and 2 showers are all separated great for hygiene. Love the round coffee table which is good as kids will not hit and have bump easily. Have a fridge in the room with induction and kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. Rest of stuff are chargeable. Will stay again at this hotel for my next Batam travel. Highly recommended for family travelling.

We booked a room for 5 adults + 3 kids and we were initially worried about the space but upon reaching, check-in was a breeze and the space was just right for us! Rooms were super comfortable and clean.Theres 2 cute bunnies at the top floor and many people will buy food from the lobby to feed them. As such they may not be hungry to entertain you but sometimes they are so hungry! So i will recommend to check whether they have food remaining before purchasing more food for them.

I booked the room on Agoda for approximately RM300+ for two nights. The room is very comfortable, and every time I go out, I can't wait to return to rest. On the fifth floor, there are two large white rabbits that you can visit. If you want to feed them, you can pay SGD1. The service is great, and the room is very clean. The location is also excellent, right next to the famous ItsuMo shop. Highly recommended accommodation.
