The entire hotel is decorated with cute deer, and deer are hidden in places that are hard to notice. You can see Todaiji Temple from the rooftop terrace.I have stayed at various hotels that accommodate private groups, and when I compared them, I found that the front desk staff at this hotel were very kind. However, I feel like the serving staff are a bit lazy and don't pay enough attention to the person in charge.

Great staff and service that proving a unique check-in experience. I felt very comfortable and very much cared! They even offered to take pic of you with their signature stuff animals. Also the location is close to main tour spots but a little far from dining areas!

It was my first trip to Nara in several decades, and I wanted to enjoy the atmosphere of Nara Town not only in the townscape, but also in the room, so I reserved a room in a villa in advance. When I arrived at the facility that day, the staff member who answered the call told me, ``We have closed the annex due to personal reasons. The room has been upgraded to one in the main building,'' without any reason. The room I was in was a far cry from the Naramachi atmosphere. The image shows off the style of houses in Naramachi, and since it was an accommodation plan, I had made a reservation in advance, so I was already feeling nervous. There is an open-air bath in the guest room, but when I tried to take a bath the next morning, I was surprised to find that it was almost completely filled with water. I wish they would have explained this at check-in.Regarding the staff's response, the customer service at dinner time was wonderful. They accurately answered questions about the timing of serving the food, consideration, and sightseeing. It was very helpful. I am very grateful to you. The food was average, nothing special. The breakfast tea porridge was delicious. The staff's response the next day was also good. I was able to receive my checked baggage without any confusion. As expected, the accommodation plan was not cheap, so I am still not satisfied with the fact that the room was changed due to the hotel's convenience without any prior notice. I even thought it was a bait and switch advertisement. It was very disappointing.

We booked this ryokan for one night at the end of our stay in Japan to enjoy a traditional inn and we were not disappointed. The hostel is magnificent and ideally located, just a few minutes from the center, and quiet in a small street. The staff speaks English and has documents in English to guide us. Thank you to them for their kindness and patience. The room was beautiful, everything we expected, and we were able to enjoy the onsen. The breakfast, which we chose European style, was delicious and plentiful. Finally, thank you for the little gifts! I recommend 100%!

I decided to stay there because of the high reviews, but the insulation in the room was poor and it was really cold. The air conditioner is noisy even in silent mode. The sound insulation was also poor, so I couldn't sleep well due to the noise of the door opening and closing, and the noise of the toilet and bath, although I don't know if it was vertical or horizontal. Some of the food was delicious, but the portions were small. I woke up in the middle of the night hungry.I took baths in both the main building and the annex, but the smell of chlorine was so strong that I couldn't relax. The bathtub was small. The battery on the scale was dead and I felt like it wasn't working properly. In response to the reviews of people who complained about not being able to use credit cards on the travel booking site J, the hotel made a sarcastic comment such as ``It's better to copy sutras to calm your mind.'' On Site R, the evaluation scores were clearly different from the aggregated values, and I was confused, but I regret that I should have stopped there.I have no repeat orders and cannot recommend it to others.
