This was my first time using a guesthouse to save on accommodation costs. Since the Keikyu Line runs behind the building, they sell earplugs, but I don't use them because I live near the tracks and am used to them. If you are a nervous person, this might not be a good idea... The men's and women's washrooms, toilets, shower rooms, and common areas are kept very clean in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, so if someone is using it, you might have to wait until the kitchen is finished, and the smell of the food being prepared will waft into your room. It can't be helped because it's a normal private house. I didn't use it because I only needed to stay overnight. There was a simple lamp on the bed, and everyone tried to use it creatively by surrounding the bed with clothes hung on hangers to prevent the light from leaking out. It felt like I was on a training camp and it was quite interesting, and I felt a strange sense of security and was able to sleep soundly. There is no need to ask the owner for check-out.Some people seem to be staying for several nights because it's so comfortable. I don't think a guest house is an option for people who are nervous, but if you just want a safe and secure place to stay, I highly recommend it!Thank you for your help (^^)

[November 5, 2023] I stayed at a guesthouse for the first time. Even though I thought I knew it, I was a little confused by the house-like exterior and entrance, but the owner who greeted me at the front desk kindly explained the facilities and the atmosphere put me at ease. When I lay down on the bunk bed, the space was larger than a capsule hotel and my body and mind were able to relax.I woke up in the morning, boiled water in an electric kettle, made a bowl of ramen using shared chopsticks, and since there was no TV, I ate while listening to my favorite radio on headphones.I felt zero stress during this whole process. I felt completely at ease. When I finished eating, I washed my chopsticks and returned them.It was a great place to stay in Tokyo for such a low price, it was close to the station, and it was a better place to rest than a capsule hotel. This is a 5 star out of all the guesthouses I stayed at.

The price is reasonable, but the disadvantage is that it is next to the railway, and trains rumble through from about five o'clock in the morning to twelve o'clock in the evening.

I used it as a night stay before flying to Haneda Airport.I just wanted to be close to Haneda, so I was grateful for a cheap stay, but I had a hard time with the noise of the trains. I remember not being able to sleep until 0:40 (the last train seems to be around 0:20). Even with earplugs, the vibrations still come. Please note that those who fall asleep before midnight may not be able to get a good night's sleep.

It's close to Heiwajima Station and the route is easy to understand.Although it is an old house, it has been beautifully renovated, and the toilets are separated by gender and have washlets. There are separate rooms for women on the second floor and men on the first floor. The common areas are small so you can't relax very much, but everyone gave their way and used the space.Sleep time is from the last train until the first train.Even if you wear earplugs, you can still hear the sound of the train, so it may be suitable for short sleepers or people who like to wake up early in the morning.

Super nice host! Very clean and tidy guest house. Right next to the train station, so use the earplugs they provide. There’s also a kitchen with everything you need. Reasonable price. Close to the airport and direct train to the airport. Perfect!

A guest house that truly feels like home. I would like to use it again. I think it's cheaper to make a reservation directly with the store. Also, this price setting is perfect for the environment of the room, and I can understand why it is cheap.First of all, it is true that the room is small. There are railroad tracks next to the guesthouse, so you can hear the train sounds! Earplugs were free, so I was able to sleep with them in! The bed is comfortable.Towels charged! It costs less to bring your own.
