It's a new facility and conveniently located in Ureshino Onsen Town. As you would expect from a tea producing area, you can enjoy making tea from raw tea leaves and blending tea leaves. You can also enjoy delicious sweets at the cafe on the first floor. There is a private bath and a large communal bath where you can relax.

It was a new and clean accommodation.Automatic check-in was easy to understand. However, guests are entitled to one free private bath, but the staff who was nearby at check-in did not give any information about how to make a reservation, and another guest later made the reservation. I saw this and made a reservation in a hurry. I wish there was at least a sign near the check-in machine. The room, public bath, sauna, etc. were all new and very nice. The boiled tofu for breakfast was also delicious.

I can talk about the coffee restaurant only. You have to use a QR code to order. So you have interaction when they give you the menu and explain the system. When you need to ask free wifi code and when they serve you and again when you have to pay. CAN WE STOP THIS NONSENSE QR CODE STUFF !! I mean you are here - I am here please just take my order ! It just give the worst vibe ever after when we get our food since the experience is already ruined. Also the server didn’t wait when I was paying. What a bad experience

The fire alarm rang repeatedly at 2:30 a.m., and I was so anxious I couldn't sleep. No apology when checking out the next morning.

We stayed for one night over the weekend of September 27th.This hotel has a cafe, and check-in is done by yourself using an automatic payment machine, without having to interact with hotel staff. The rooms were clean, and the services such as cold brew tea and private hot water were highly rated, but the fire alarm kept going off at around 2:30 a.m., and I couldn't help but feel anxious and couldn't sleep. When the fire alarm went off for the second time, I got anxious and went down the emergency stairs, but the staff member was working alone and I asked him why the fire alarm went off. Even if I look at it, I can't say anything. Some of the other customers were asked why the fire alarm went off, and the staff member said it was steam that triggered the fire alarm. To be honest, I couldn't understand it, and since the fire alarm went off, if the source of the fire is unknown, shouldn't the first priority be to evacuate the guests in the room? What is a fire alarm for?As far as I could see, there was only one hotel staff member at night, and that person was the only one caring for the guests. Wouldn't it be better to increase the number of staff for hotel operations rather than staff for cafes?Check-out is also done using an automatic payment machine, so I didn't have to interact with the staff, but when I checked out, no staff I passed said anything, so I decided to report the fire alarm incident in the middle of the night. I guess it's not shared. This time, since it was a weekend, I stayed for one night without meals for 30,000 yen, but if you want to stay at this price, I recommend staying at a nearby inn or hotel.I have no confidence in the safety of the hotel, and the fun I had at the inn was ruined.

I stayed for one night on 2024.09.27.The fire alarm went off many times during the night, but there was no communication or explanation from the hotel. (It rings more than 4 times)In the first place, it seemed that only one staff member was handling the case, but is it correct to have a one-off surgery from a risk management perspective? If you are alone in an emergency...what will you do if something happens to that person?I was so anxious that I couldn't sleep at all, and there was no explanation given when I checked out.Since the staff's customer service was good, I can't help but be surprised at the management's idea of promoting one operation.

This is a new hot spring hotel located near Siebold-no-Yu in Ureshino Onsen. The hot springs were alkaline and the water was very nice. There are two types of private baths: indoor baths and semi-open-air baths, and large baths. There is a bathhouse on the 1st floor. Both are free for hotel guests. There is a chocolate shop called Rocco on the 1st floor. Hotel front desk duties such as reservations for private hot springs are handled there.

Twin room stay without mealsCheck-in is self-pay and you pay at that time. The room is simple, but quite spacious and you can spread out your suitcase. The bed was in a low position, so the ceiling was high and it was a good space to sleep in.The washroom is inside the room, which is a bit unusual, but there is a spotlight directly above it, which is well thought out. There are two outlets on the bed as well.I'm also grateful for this. We are particular about every detail. The quality of the water in the bath is good and you can feel Ureshino's characteristic slippery feeling.I wonder if the tiles in this kind of bathroom are slippery, but they aren't. I could feel the attention to detail everywhere. There was also a sauna, so we had a great time.It was also nice to be able to leave our luggage in the lockers in the hotel even after checking out.

It's a beautiful hotel. After soaking in the hot springs, you can enjoy tea and ice cream.I had a 4-year-old child with me, so I thought he might enjoy it, so I tried the tea making experience (free of charge), but it was self-service, it was small, and I had to stand up, so if I didn't have enough time, I would get annoyed.
