I accidentally booked a smoking room so it was smelly. Compared to using APA hotels all the time, APA was much better. Since this is a hotel with a travel aspect, the bathtub and rooms are a little spacious, but the details are lacking.Breakfast includes yogurt and bananas, and is similar to a typical business breakfast.There were many things that could be improved, such as dust collecting around the edges of the paintings, the blinds being bright yellow, and the washlet in the toilet being dirty. We had to check out until 12:00, but that was fine.

There is Aeon Mall in front of the station, which is very convenient.There are also 3 elevators, so waiting time is less stressful.The room is compact, but the bathtub is spacious and relaxing.

There were many foreign visitors, but it was quiet at night.The person cleaning in the morning was a foreigner, and she greeted me with a smile, which made me feel at ease.Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to find the location since it's a bus from Shinagawa Station.

The location is good.The Rinkai Line is right in front, and the bus stop to and from Haneda Airport is also nearby.It is easy to get to Shinagawa Station by bus.There are many Aeon stores and restaurants, so it's convenient.The room is a normal business hotel.Although it is a bit old, it was kept well-maintained and we had no problems.Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet. I was surprised that there was no toaster, but instead the bread was in a thermal jar.They will also store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.It's quite cheap for a hotel near Shinagawa.

Simple and beautiful.It's cheap and the limousine bus to the airport is within walking distance.In front of the hotel, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and a monorail station.Even though it's a little far from the center, I would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff of this hotel are very good. Even if I arrived at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, there were four people greeting me at the counter. This hotel is an environmentally friendly hotel, so disposable toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. are provided once. Necessities such as coffee are provided at the counter, and tea bags, sugar, milk, etc. are also provided here. We stayed in a triple room, so the beds were considered large. In fact, for us, it was three large double beds, because the children could still sleep next to us. But the space in such a large suitcase is not very enough, and it can barely be accommodated. Refrigerators, etc. are provided just like ordinary hotels. Each room has a bathtub. The amount of water is really huge, and the bathtub fills up quickly. The hotel provides a washing machine and dryer, which costs 300 yen for a washing machine and 100 yen for a 7-minute dryer. I usually pay 200 yen for clothes for four people, excluding sweaters and large clothes, which can be dried. There are some corners that are not dried. You can take it to your room and put it in the air-conditioned room the next morning and it will be dry, so it's not bad. The hotel also provides vending machines for drinks and ice cream. Ice cream cones cost 200 yen. The children eat one every day. They are delicious and come in a variety of varieties. Regarding the restaurant, because the children didn’t eat much, we didn’t make a reservation and therefore didn’t comment. But it is very close to the MRT and Aeon, so you can eat, drink and shop here. Although there are convenience supermarkets nearby, it is relatively cheap. After all, there is also a McDonald's. Children love to eat, and the parent-child donburi and eel rice are delicious. . But the only pity is that there are many transfers, so everyone must be mentally prepared.

You need to transfer to other places in Tokyo, which requires a lot of transportation fees. The beds provided by the hotel are Simmons, which is very comfortable to sleep on. I suddenly stayed for 4 nights because a family member was infected with coronavirus. The ladies at the front desk were all very nice, the room was clean, and the cleaning service was very satisfactory. It was close to the Rinkai Line station, AEON, and various restaurants, so you could stay there for several days.
