Stayed for 1 night.Everyone at the front desk, the person who showed me the room, and the person at the restaurant were all very nice. The problem is the staff at the tea shop inside the Sanpuku bookstore. In particular, I was disappointed in the response from the relatively large male staff member who wore glasses (the female staff member with short hair was nice). Can I use the discount tickets I received at the museum? When I asked him at the counter, he pointed to the cashier corner right in front of me and said, ``Please inquire over there.''It's about the internal structure of the building, right? Please study more. If you're willing to give in and lack knowledge, go and ask the questions yourself instead of letting the customer know.

I used Wataya Besso for my first time at Ureshino Onsen. It had my favorite cafe inside, and there was also a reading space, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time there. An old-fashioned inn.The hotel was fully booked with dinner included, so next time I would like to use dinner included.

It had a retro feel, and somehow it reminded me of the Showa era, when I was a child and stayed at an inn with my parents.I reserved a private bath room. It was very soothing.

This is one of the most famous ryokan in Ureshino, but this was my first time staying there.Three generations, myself, my mother, and my grandmother, stayed in the renovated guest room "Unzen."The guest rooms are spacious and clean with their own baths, and are highly recommended. But it's far from the front desk.Regarding the service, they were kind and polite, guiding me to my room when I arrived, and then when I asked the front desk to change my yukata jacket, they said, ``Shall I bring it to my room?'' However, it is a large inn, so it is basic. It's hard to say that it's a very detailed service. Is the location of the inn a little far from the center of Ureshino? It's near the river (not so far that you can't walk). There is a drug store within walking distance where you can purchase drinks and other items. Free parking. It was free even if you went out on the way.I am very satisfied because I got a total discount of 15,000 yen through travel assistance, which was a good deal, but when I was asked if I would like to stay again at the regular price, I decided to try another hotel next time. The more expensive annex ``Suimeiso'' seems to be different as you can eat in your room completely, so I would like to stay there someday.Dinner in the main building was a modern kaiseki meal in a private room with no windows, and it was quite delicious, but the breakfast buffet was in a large venue and the food was average and quite poor, so I hope they improve it.The shop is stylish, but I don't feel like I have anything to buy. I just watched it.I'm glad I took the time to read Book Space! I bought some and went home. The good thing about this hotel is that it's so spacious that you can enjoy it without even leaving the hotel. The bath in the room is a private cypress bath, so you can relax by yourself and the quality of the spring water is very pleasant. I went in many times during my stay. This is the most satisfying point.

The design of the hotel is of good quality and it feels great that everything is done with care. The wagyu tofu hotpot for dinner is so deliciousBreakfast has a little less variety but everything is exquisiteEspecially the various stationery and books displayed in the third server are very exquisite.I bought a lot at once. This is really a hot spring hotel that I would definitely visit. But the large bathhouse is inferior in comparison and has no features.

I often use bookstores. It's not far from my house, and I feel happy when I can sit at a bookstore and enjoy tea and a book as a place to relax.I'm really asking you to be unnecessary, but I have something to worry about, so I'd like to complain a little.I was disillusioned by the sight of the female staff in three clothes chatting with the tea shop staff over the cash register, leaning against the wall, and folding their arms.It seems like there are going to be side meetings all over the place, and I think it would be a good idea to think a little more about the fact that your work is being watched.Even though he is young, his guidance and reception are bright and efficient, which makes me feel good about him, so it's a waste.I also feel uncomfortable when the other woman smiles in an overly friendly manner or uses slightly familiar language. It seems that this person uses similar words to the staff, saying things like ``That's a lie'' and ``I don't understand'' to the customers, as if they were friends, so I wonder if there is some kind of misunderstanding on a regular basis.Isn't it different to call out the staff like 〇〇-chan in front of customers? If you are at work, you should be treated as a workplace, if you are a friend, you are a friend, and if you are a customer, you should be treated as a customer. On the other hand, the male staff members have specialized knowledge and are always friendly and happy to talk about books and miscellaneous goods in detail. The elderly woman at the reception desk at the bathhouse greeted me kindly and gave easy-to-understand explanations that made me feel at ease.A man wrapped in a towel is also soothing as he explains how to wrap it with a shy smile, saying, ``It's the pressure of being seen.''Although the inn is said to be a long-established or high-class inn, there are differences in the staff's response, so please refrain from staying if you work in a playful manner.I think it must be difficult to interact with those around you. There are so many wonderful things like the interior decoration and the scent of incense, but I feel like everything will be ruined. It's a place with a lot of wonderful staff, so I'd like to continue using it in the future and will support them.Since we have chosen to come to this place, I have written this long message in the hope that it will be useful in the future to create a better place and atmosphere.
