The staff's response is very good. There was a slight problem between the hotel and us regarding the details of the reservation, but they handled it politely. The room was clean and I was satisfied. The breakfast was delicious and I think that alone is worth the stay.

I stayed at Saga Garden Terrace for a visit to Arita in early June 2024.This was my second visit to Saga, and since it was a family trip, I decided to stay in a quiet place, and it exceeded my expectations for 2 nights.Since we were a family of three, we requested an extra bed via email, but were upgraded to a suite room.I felt like I did itThe lounge was as comfortable to use as a quiet cafe, and I still remember the exquisite breakfast, thanks to the staff's service.Of course, the food was really delicious. The room was clean, very spacious, and had a high ceiling so it was comfortable. I enjoyed music through Bose speakers, there was a separate cozy toilet and spacious bathroom, and I was comfortable during my stay. The amenities were Bulgari and the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrush was impressive. The whirlpool on the balcony was nice too.A half-body bath with sake while looking at the stars in the night sky was the pinnacle of a luxurious trip.As a family of three, we took a one-way taxi (₩17,000) to Saga Station. The famous conveyor belt sushi Sushiro is located 5 minutes away from the hotel. After finishing my schedule, I went shopping around Saga Station and returned to my accommodation, so it wasn't inconvenient.Next time I travel to areas near Saga, I will definitely stay at Garden Terrace.

There is also a pool and sauna. It has a very stylish design and a luxurious feel. The rooms are also clean. And best of all, the breakfast is delicious. You can choose Western or Japanese food in advance, but you can also order additional items a la carte for free. You can also add Saga beef steak, so it's definitely a good option for breakfast.

We are using the ceremony hall. The planners and stylists are all good people. However, I didn't get along well with the photographer, and the only thing I regret was that the pre-shot photo was different from what I expected.

The room was a small twin room, but there were many cute amenities, and I was generally satisfied with the room. However, there were fake nails on the edge of the toilet, and I felt like it wasn't cleaned properly. The pool and sauna were very nice. I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you bring children, but it's also recommended for couples. The employees were also polite and had good customer service.
