Heading north from Imari Station, just before crossing the Imari River at Aioi Bridge, turn onto Ko-Imari Street and walk a short distance to reach it.It would be a good idea to memorize the exterior photo that is also on the homepage. I almost missed it and passed by.It is a condominium that is operated as a hotel (similar to its affiliated Shinten), and the front desk is located in a guardroom-like area as soon as you enter.Check-in can be completed without calling the front desk. However, the check-in machines are not capable of inputting characters, so there are times when it is not possible to enter the guest's information properly (it is not possible to properly convert it to katakana, let alone kanji...!). If that happens, you'll need help and it's best to get it done by 10pm when the front desk is available. This double room is quite spacious for small groups. There were four rooms on one floor, and the layout was such that you could overlook the Imari River from the balcony.Since I had to do a large amount of laundry on this particular day, the deciding factor in choosing this place was that the room was equipped with a washing machine (you only need to prepare detergent) and a gas dryer. You take your shoes off as soon as you enter, but the area around the bed is tatami mats, making it comfortable. There is a regular kitchen, not a mini one, but the minimum charge for renting out cooking utensils is for three consecutive nights (I read that from the description), so it's a good idea to check if you want to cook for yourself. In some rooms, the refrigerator and toilet doors are placed opposite each other, so if you're not careful, you'll hit them. The front desk is open until 10pm.There is an automatic door before entering the room, and you have to hold your card key here.If you forget your key and go out at night, you will be in trouble, so be careful. The next morning, when I left the hotel, I noticed that the lobby for guests was across the street.

The way they answered the phone was very clerical and prioritized their own convenience, which didn't seem like the kind of service you would expect from someone in the service industry. The facilities may be beautiful, but you can't feel the heart of the people working there. I'm glad I didn't go there and I probably won't go again in the future.

The guest rooms have a calm atmosphere and a slightly luxurious feel. It's nice to have a washer and dryer in the room.

It was a very beautiful room. Check-in and check-out were self-administered, but when I was confused, a staff member came right away and there was no inconvenience.
