Wonderful ryokan! This inn was our base to travel around Kyushu. Accommodating staff was eager to make sure we were happy. The food was delicious, mostly fish. This area is famous for their koi sashimi. This is our second visit here, and we will definitely come again.

Visit the hot springs for a day trip around 4:00 pm on weekdays, without reservations, for just 500 yen.I didn't know where to find the reception, so I called out ``Excuse me'' at the entrance of the main building, and a staff member came, gave me a free towel, and took a bath, but it was private and comfortable.Simple hot springs and piping hot water are good, and you can buy a drink at the library rest area in front of the hot spring, quench your thirst, read, and take another bath 👍️There is a "hot spring ingredients list" on the wall of the passage, and it has a nice Showa-era atmosphere. I will go again next time.

I received a “drop-in hot spring♨️”. It is reserved for private use around 1pm on weekdays. It's not slimy or brown, so if it wasn't advertised as a "hot spring", you might mistake it for a public bath. However, I don't think the quality of the water is bad. After taking a bath, I applied lotion, but I had to cut off the emulsion, but it didn't dry out my old skin. The Showa era atmosphere is awesome. Please enjoy the photos.Apparently students use it for training camps, and I think families with children will appreciate the service where they can make cotton candy for free. There are also cribs and baby chairs (what appears to be) ☺️.The bathroom has handrails and a chair for nursing care, and I was impressed by how kind it was to the elderly.

The facilities, services, and meals are all like a guesthouse (hereinafter referred to as a guesthouse). Don't ask for hospitality. It would be better if the employees were educated. Maybe it's just one person who didn't respond well? Please remove the cotton candy machine. It's just so annoying that I can't even have a conversation.

Although it looks like a guesthouse from the outside, it is a fine inn. Dinner is a kaiseki meal of carp aara. Hot springs are the best. It's very effective and helps me sleep soundly. …

I used it for one night and two days.Check-in is at 16:00.I put my shoes in the shoe rack with my name on it, checked in, was told where to eat and take a bath, and was shown to my room on the second floor. The room was nice as it had a toilet. There is no bath, and there is no safe, so it is recommended to carry valuables with you.The refrigerator is located in the hallway and is shared.I will lay out the futon myself. Two style futons, no comforter, just one towel blanket. It's just right this time of year, but I think it's cold in winter. I wonder if I can adjust it with the air conditioner? What I liked about it was that I could hear the sound of the brook coming from the room.A ryokan that feels like the Showa era? Bed and breakfast?Unfortunately, the tempura and grilled fish were cold.Washing carp? sashimi? It was my first experience, but I think it has its pros and cons.I prepare my own rice from a jar,There were so many idiots that I couldn't eat it. My companion ate it and raved about the food.Is there carp in the soup? Is it in? It feels strange. It might be good for carp lovers. For breakfast, we had miso soup and rice with lots of ingredients, and you could have your own natto, and there were side dishes prepared for you at your seat. The rice was really delicious, and the side dishes were just right and had a nice rustic feel.Ah, the bath isThe women's bath was small and had hot water. There are 3 places to wash your clothes and only one bathtub. A colorless and transparent hot spring? was.

It was a hot spring inn with a retro feel from the Showa era, but the breakfast was surprisingly delicious. There was no information about the quality of the spring water or its efficacy, and I felt that it was alkaline. The toilet in the room has been renovated and is in good condition, and I was generally satisfied with the low price given the year-end and New Year holidays. The running water of the waterway and Gion River on the back side is so clear that you can almost drink it, and in the summer, it's like a place where fireflies fly around!! ️
