There are several hot spring inns about 40 minutes by bus from Fukushima Station, and this is my favorite inn. It is a calm inn with only a few rooms and day-trippers are not allowed to take a bath. Most of the baths are reserved for private use. It is a quiet inn in the forest with several free private baths. Dinner is fun and has a lot of variety. I think the bluish sulfur springs are truly wonderful with their free flowing water. This is a hot spring inn that I would like to visit every year if possible.

We stayed in mid-September.Although it is only 30 minutes by car from Fukushima Station, it is an elegant hot spring that has the feeling of being a hidden hot spring. The hot water was cloudy blue and was a sulfur sulfur and sodium chloride spring. The bath was hot. I climbed about 100 meters up the stone stairs and found an open-air bath.It was very hot, so I slept in the shallow bath, and found an acorn with a hat on it, which was very spacious. Use it for hobbies. The other outdoor bath has flowers, snow, and the moon.If no one is inside, check with slippersOK to enterThere are 2 indoor baths. The family bath was reserved for 40 minutes at check-in.The dinner menu is also packed with ingredients such as bamboo shoots and wild vegetables. The food was brought to me each time and I was able to eat it piping hot, it was quite a lot.The sashimi tuna and scallops were fresh. The landlady was also a wonderful person, and I got the impression that there were many repeat customers.I would like to visit again

I stayed at the long-awaited Takayu Onsen Azuma-ya!Once you pass through the forest, you will find an open-air bath in a wonderful forest, where you can enjoy forest bathing while soaking in the hot water surrounded by trees! The hot water is cloudy and refreshing. For those who prefer lukewarm water, it may feel a little hot in the summer.Dinner was also very filling, and I was surprised to find that the final dessert was a large peach (Madoka) for each person! All dishes were very delicious.Takayu Onsen has a small number of rooms, so we were able to enjoy the hot springs in a leisurely manner! There is also a bus stop in front of the inn, and transportation from Fukushima Station is highly recommended.Especially in winter, the snow bath is the best.I would definitely like to enjoy the snowy bath next time.

I came here with high expectations because of the high reviews, but it exceeded my expectations.I checked in before 15:00 and the landlady explained the inside of the building and explained the guide map very carefully, which was very helpful. You can bring your own drinks. We visited all 6 hot springs, and no matter where we went, they were the best. All were reserved for private use.The private baths that require reservations are too spacious (lol)The food was mainly made from mountain foods and was great for adults.Shabu-shabu, grilled char, shiitake mushrooms, sashimi, sashimi konjac, and other hearty and delicious dishes.Points to note: Be careful of bees on the left side of the parking lot in front of the inn. There may be a wasp nest on the wooden fence (I have been told)Confirmed to visit again, next time I would like to visit in winter when it snows.

I will always take care of you and my wife. This is also one of the inns that will always be stamped in the stamp book of the Hidden Hot Springs Association. On a personal note, when I walk through the front door of Azuma-ya, I feel relieved as if I have returned to the countryside.I'll welcome you againThe landlady is very nice and makes me feel at ease.Thank you for your help in winter these days.I'm really looking forward to entering Yukimi Onsen ♨Warms both mind and bodySince appearing on BS, it has been difficult to get reservations.I miss you thoughI will try my best to make a reservation again.
