It was my first time to stay in a superhotel series hotel. I was looking forward to this stay, but the experience was not as good as I expected...First of all, the free breakfast provided by the hotel. Although it is provided for free, the breakfast food is the worst among Japanese hotels. I think it is better to have a piece of toast and an egg for each person...The most annoying thing is definitely the bathroom design. Although the hotel provides a large natural hot spring bath, not everyone will go to the bath. If you stand in the bathroom to take a shower, the exhaust fan is directly above the bathtub. If you stand, the wind will be right. I was blowing my hair. Taking a bath was supposed to make me feel comfortable, but it turned out that this design made me more likely to catch a cold. I really can’t understand this design...However, the hotel staff are very considerate, the service is also very good, and the entire hardware equipment is considered new. It is already the best business hotel near Hegang, but there are still many things that can be corrected...

Stayed here for a business trip.A hotel with good access, just a few minutes from the station and bus terminal. Convenience stores and shopping malls are also nearby, so it's convenient. The room is a normal size, but it is quiet and you can sleep well. The hot spring is a little small, but it warms you up comfortably. The welcome bar and breakfast were free, but both were rich in variety and delicious.

The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, ranking first or second among super hotels in Tohoku. The hot spring is small but warm. There are plenty of amenities, but it may be a good idea to find out in advance if it's far away to eat out or drink. Well, the time slot was short, but there was a free drinking area in the hotel, so I was still satisfied. There are no knobs, so you'll have to bring your own and clean it up yourself.

I stayed here on October 2nd.It was possible to park the car in the parking lot before check-in. The front desk staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and the imoni was very delicious. The hot springs were also beautiful. Recommended if you are staying near Tsuruoka Station.

We stayed for 2 nights with 7 people from 3 households, including children, for a family memorial service.Connecting rooms make it easy to move between rooms. The children enjoyed coming and going more than staying overnight. Is it unavoidable for a business hotel to have sound echoes in the hallway and sound leakage from the room? Even when I was in bed at night, I could hear the sound of doors unlocking from other rooms.I was allowed to use the large public bath early so as not to disturb other guests. Although it is a business hotel, it is spacious enough that both children and adults could use it comfortably. The best part was the free breakfast. All the freshly baked bread was delicious, the rice was glossy and sweet, and although there were only a few side dishes, the Western and Japanese flavors were delicious, and I felt incredibly full from the morning. You can also use the delivery service from the hotel, which is really helpful for those traveling with children who want to reduce the amount of luggage they carry. This was my first time using the service, but I was so satisfied that I would consider joining the same group if I had the chance. thank you very much.

Breakfast is small but delicious, and the hot springs are well-maintained and comfortable. It's nice to be able to choose a pillow that suits you. When I stay in Tsuruoka, I think of this place first. However, when I stayed there last week, I was a little disappointed because when I opened the water bottle to fill the air purifier in the room, the lid was dirty.

Returned for the first time in 2 years. The free welcome drink service is still ongoing. As long as I'm happy that there is a wide variety of items. The large public bath is also highly alkaline and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, with a locally inspired menu such as Tsuyahime from Yamagata Prefecture. Don't think that fried eggs for breakfast are just fried eggs. Probably the tamagoyaki from the local izakaya Kakoben. An exquisite dish with a slightly sweet flavor. It is on a different level than the ready-made tamagoyaki from Sonjo Sokoira. A rare hotel where you can enjoy Kakoben cuisine for breakfast. From the room facing Mt. Chokai, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Chokai from the window.Unfortunately. A person who forcibly fills his own large water bottle with ice at the welcome drink service venue. People who leave their towels in the changing room early even though there is a sign telling them to take them back to their rooms. Please refrain from leaving it in the locker. I'm angry at the insensitivity. Does this guy not use a towel in the morning? The worst middle-aged man takes a bath without a towel and of course floods the changing room without wiping himself. People like this only have to be good about themselves, but they don't have good manners or moral values, which is nothing but a huge nuisance. While requesting service, we ask everyone to follow good manners so that they can have a comfortable time.Although there are occasional difficulties with the customer base, this hotel's satisfaction level is quite high even among the many super hotels.
