Prostitution hotel.When checking in, I passed 2 guys wearing tight trousers and spiky hair and 2 girls wearing skimpy clothes. 2 guys checking out 1 room, judging by the number of keys given at checkout. 1 girl asked 1 guy for a match. Then the 2 girls were left behind by the 2 boys on a motorbike. 2 girls smoking at the table near the receptionist.Crazy.So...When I entered the room, the mattress was stained with blood, the walls were stained with hands, the drawer had lots of cigarette ash and an open packet of "strong medicine". The room was hot, and noisy with vehicles passing by.I complained to the receptionist. It turns out I had the wrong room.My new room is still better. But there were still stains on the mattress, I don't know what they were.I immediately checked out.I highly recommend JResidence Guest House (in front of mansion nine) for all travelers just to sleep n breakfast. They gave me the best experience.

The location is good, near Unpar. but not for the room, on the door there is a reading "smoking in the room fine 500 thousand" but in the drawer of the room there are lots of cigarette embers and traces of L.A ice hadehh. but when I reported it to the front office it was immediately cleaned up. Continue to the sheets which are red. I don't know what the stain is. then the curtain had a hole

The hotel is really cheap for a hotel in the city center. Close to everywhere, across from Unpar, only a few minutes to Braga, close to Ciwalk, really great. The staff are also friendly, they have been given towels & blankets, the air in the room is cool, not stuffy even though the room is small. Very good for backpackers or looking for accommodation on a budget.

If you are a tourist or a backpacker like me, stay away please! For your own sanity.Most dirty place I’ve ever stayed. I have traveled Asia for 4 months on a budget and this is by far the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in. I was first shown my room, when I saw the horror. Dirty bed, dirty toilet, dirty walls, dirty mirror, basically everything was dirty. You can tell there is just no cleaning done.The towels had an awful odour. The pillows were mouldy and damp. The floor was also dirty, which is clearly never mopped. We actually asked to change rooms our original room was that bad. Our new one wasn’t much better! A draw full of cigarette ash, a dead cockroach, dirty curtain drapes. The accommodation doesn’t even provide a bin in your room, or toilet paper to wipe your arse. Also because there’s no bin, there’s nowhere to put toilet paper.It’s a shame because the place has potential if it was just cleaned! They definitely need to replace all bed sheets! The whole place needs a deep clean. There is also local prayer that is played off a speaker played at 4:30 am every day. It is extremely loud and will wake you up.

This Mansion Nine is a great building for college student and also several rooms for temporary stay.
Spacious parking lot for cars & motorbikes.

boarding houses that can be rented overnight. the room is standard, the AC is cool, okay, there is a TV but only a few channels, it's not very clean, there aren't really enough plugs, the bathroom isn't very clean, the shower is a bit ugly and the hot water takes a long time to respond

Please clean up the rubbish in the back...it smells like rubbish...if for example the rubbish man comes, don't put things outside if you don't think you'll take them.... So people throw away the rubbish as they please....
