I have used this service over 10 times, but this time there was something glaring, so I would like to write a review. The lady's customer service attitude is too bad. They were yelling at elderly employees and employees who had come to work overseas, and the lack of elegance and dignity was noticeable. It was very jarring. The hot springs are the source of Akayu Onsen, which is sure to make your body feel better. That's probably why there are so many words that are offensive. He probably doesn't realize it himself. I hope the audience listening to this doesn't feel uncomfortable. Why not think about how you want to talk and get a consultant who can help you avoid making the other person feel uncomfortable?Madam, if the customer himself realized this and improved the quality of his customer service, wouldn't it be possible to increase the number of customers even more? I stayed at Akayu Onsen, but compared to the cheaper hotels, the hostess' attitude was more arrogant and she didn't pay much attention to the food or the hot springs. This is not a complaint, so don't worry about it. I guess our values did not match those of us who stayed there as guests.

Hot water is also good. It's true that the view from the room isn't great, but it's spacious and clean, so it's still okay. The artwork is also nice. Next time I would like to stay with meals included.

This is my first time at Akayu Onsen. This is an inn with hot springs flowing directly from the source in the rooms. There is of course a large public bath, and there are Roman baths, rock baths, and other baths with different tastes, and men and women can take turns at different times.I think the changeover time was 10pm.The bathtub in the Roman bath is deep, but when I entered the bath immediately after checking in, the water was not yet full and it was just the right depth. The temperature of the water was hot...it was said to be a weak alkaline salt, but I couldn't take a long bath. This inn seems to be reminiscent of medieval Italy, just like the Roman baths. There are furniture and pictures on display, but it felt like a strange mix for a ryokan. There is no elevator above the 2nd floor, so you have to go up some steep stairs.Older people may find it difficult...The meal was delicious with sashimi and jelly dessert. There was grilled fish and tempura, but for some reason they were cold. It's a common misconception that grilled fish is warm because it's supposed to be grilled.served coldI could tell that the beans and rice were also warm. The warmest of the two meals was the miso soup and rice for breakfast.I think it has to do with manpower and preparation, but I wanted warm food to be served warm even in summer.

First of all, the parking lot is small and the cars are not parked on the grid.I understand that it is an old-fashioned hot spring town, but the roads are narrow and it may be difficult for larger vehicles to enter. And the front desk's response was unbelievable from the phone call stage. I felt like I didn't know how to say something, or rather, I didn't know how to say it. I don't understand whether it's okay or bad to listen to someone's comments, but rather the atmosphere of the era. I don't know how much of it was said from above, but it was unpleasant. To be honest, the bathrooms aren't very clean, the inside of the building is small, and there are a lot of eerie antiques that I don't understand well. The vending machines didn't have many drinks, and there was a menu with an extremely expensive menu asking you to buy alcohol. I can't say that the food served was delicious at all, and it would be 100 times better to go to a nearby restaurant instead of eating here. There are still a lot of remnants of the old hot spring town, and I thought the atmosphere was difficult to accept. Unfortunately, I don't want to go to that area again.

I think the older woman at the reception who wears her hair in a bun should be changed. As mentioned in past reviews, everything you say hits home. I don't think he's suited for teaching or anything like that, but fundamentally for customer service.I felt uncomfortable at the reception, so I ended up staying the night with that feeling and ended up seeing many of the bad aspects of the hotel. It's a shame because the inn we stayed at on our first night was really nice and we were enjoying Yamagata.I've been saying this since a review from more than a year ago, and I still have the same impressions as everyone, so I don't think they've done a proper response, but if you think about it in the future, you should do something about it.The guy who guided us around had a carrying case, which was nice, but everything was canceled out by the older woman, so I'll give the service a rating of 1.
