It's hard to remember the name of the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find. The air conditioner in the corner room was too weak so I borrowed a fan.

I saw the president's excellent comments, but I feel empty. Some of the guests who stayed here said in their reviews that ``information is not shared between staff'' and ``even when you contact us, the response is slow and takes too long.'' Unfortunately, these were true. .When I changed my original 2-night reservation to 3 nights by adding 1 night on the website, I called the front desk just to be sure, but I was worried about the unreasonable response. So I reconfirmed three times: a few days before check-in, when I arrived before check-in time, and when I checked in at night, but each time it was only for one night and no information was shared. As a result, it took an hour to check in at night. When we got into the room, even though we had booked it as a couple, we only had the amenities for one person, such as pajamas, slippers, towels, and cups. I called and asked them to bring the missing amount, but I had to wait 30 minutes. It was so slow that I called them three times, but in the end they didn't connect and ignored me. When I finally received it, I was told that all the amenities were missing for one person, but they forgot my pajamas.Furthermore, I only had breakfast tickets for one day, so I asked for breakfast for two more days, but they only brought me breakfast for the first day! ?I made the excuse that the staff who answered the phone told me that there was one item missing. I can't close my empty mouth. This lack of understanding and information sharing seems to be the root of the problem. The person in charge is not present, and the response from the front desk is not commensurate with the price.(There were also female staff members who were able to respond appropriately.)The fact that there are many people who have received similar treatment, not just me, is proof that nothing has improved. This is the worst service of all the hotels I have stayed at, including other Candeos, at hundreds of hotels both domestically and internationally. No matter how good the hardware is, if the service content is like this, it can't be helped that it is criticized as being no different from the profit-oriented care facilities that have been reported in the media recently. As a manager, I want you to think carefully about what true hospitality is and to seriously work on educating your employees. From a Candeo fan

We are visiting family, so this hotel was so helpful attached to the Keihan Line. Now that the mall is open, it’s pretty easy to get from the station into the hotel, but it’s a bit of a walk.

I hear a lot about Candeo Hotels these days. The rooms are on the upper floors, so you can see Mt. Ikoma, Osaka city, and Takatsuki clearly. Also, since it's next to the station, you can see the Keihan Railway below. There is a large public bath on the top floor, and you can see the Hirapa Ferris wheel. It's pitch black at night, so I think it's best to take an open-air bath in the evening. The water was a little lukewarm. It is close to the station and can be accessed after passing through Hirakata Mall, but I think there is room for improvement in the conductor.

This is a new hotel directly connected to Hirakatashi Station. The rooftop public bath is wonderful. You can enjoy a view that stretches far into the distance from the open-air bath. It's worth it just to be able to use this public bath. The lobby is located on the 19th floor and is directly connected to Hirakata Mall. If you go to the mall, there are various shops and restaurants.I think it's within the prefecture that you can travel to both Kyoto and the center of Osaka by train. I felt that it could also be used as a travel base in Kansai.I forgot to take a photo, but the room was spacious enough, and although my room had a shower booth, there may also be rooms with bathtubs. There was also a sofa, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time.

I am a resident of Hirakata.I found a nice hotel in Hirakata, so I went there for a breakfast buffet yesterday.Arrived around 8:30.Entering the hotel from the parking lot, it smells so good~^^There is a reception desk in front of the restaurant, and the interior is stylish.chandelier tooFees must be paid in advance.5,940 yen for my husband and me.It's a good price for breakfast, but what surprised me was that I couldn't get a parking discount and it cost 600 yen for 60 minutes, but it cost 1200 yen for a little more than 60 minutes. If you spend over 3,000 yen at Hirakata Mall, you get 2 hours free. There's no way you can't get it at a hotel.Even though it is directly connected to the hotel, it says on the website that there is no private parking lot.If I knew, Biorne was cheaper in the area, so I parked there. It's frustrating because it's directly connected. So, when I entered the restaurant, the table I was shown to was a low table, which may have been stylish, but I had to slouch, and most of all, there was no fence around the chairs, so my bag that I had placed around the chair fell off many times! !I usually have a basket to put my bags in! ?Also, my cooking is at level 1 or 2 out of 10.In the first place, the number of items is too small! ! ! ! !I don't think it can match the rank of about 3,000 yen.If you pay around 3000 yen for breakfast or lunch,I had a decent amount of food, but here...Poorly scrambled eggs, fried eggs, potatoes, tofu, fish salad, and yogurt. . .Curry, pork soup, and corn potage. . .There are only 4 types of bread. . . One piece is just a piece of bread. . .picture? ? ? There is only one. Also, a pudding that looks like a dessert? I wonder if there was something like that. It's a hotel buffet that just opened in 2024, right?Isn't the level too low? ?Drinks include coffee, tea, and two types of cold drinks: tea, water, and juice. . . I think there was milk too! ?But it's not much, right? It's at the 3000 yen level! ?Even family restaurants have salad bars and all-you-can-eat options.Wouldn't there be more juices and salads? ?The first time I went to add curry, the pot was empty. . .After I finished eating (about 10 minutes) I went to get the curry.Only about 3cm in the pot. . . Isn't that too little? ? ?I guess the staff aren't looking around at all?Of course it's not just curry. There are others too.The taste of the curry also tastes like a retort dish. When I tried to go home after about an hour, there were two more dishes. Before 9:30. It's late, isn't it? ? It's until 10 o'clock, right?Usually, all the food will be ready by 7-8 o'clock. . .If the hotel rank and family restaurant rank are the same or lowerI don't think so.I know that breakfast is included when staying at a hotel, but let's go have breakfast separately! ! That's not the level. It's not that I have a fat tongue. I go to various family restaurants, and I often go to Ramen, Yoshigyu, and Marugame. On the other hand, there are fewer buffets at hotels. This time I'm from Hirakata, so I thought it would be a bit rich for a breakfast buffet. . .I think it was clearly not worth the total of 7,140 yen including the parking fee.I think there are many things that need to be improved.

◯BathSince non-guests can also use the Sky Spa, the open-air bath was occupied by university students with bad manners. The worst part was talking loudly and lying on the floor. I wonder if the hotel is operating in a way that reduces guest satisfaction. Also, the construction is poor, and water flows from the shower booth toward the bathtub, so you have to move while stepping on shower foam that doesn't belong to anyone. dirty.I was able to relax in the sauna while looking at the night view. Perfect for people who want to enjoy a quiet night without unnecessary TV or noisy background music. The shampoo, conditioner, etc. are different from the flimsy ones found in cheap hotels, and my wife who stayed with me also gave them high marks. It's good that you can leave the shower running continuously.◯SceneryThere were no tall buildings around, so the view was good, and I could see the Yodogawa River, Hirakata Park, and the skyscrapers of Osaka City in the distance.◯BreakfastThere are many elaborate menus and many types, so I am satisfied. Personally, I found the pork soup to be delicious with lots of ingredients.◯Customer servicesatisfaction. In particular, the female staff at the breakfast venue were very polite and I had a great time.[Overview]I felt that the cost performance was quite good for the price. The only thing missing is that the open-air bath, which is the highlight, can be used by non-guests as well. Since the bathhouse is small, it is occupied by general users and cannot be used by guests, which is a rather disappointing situation. I hope it improves.Other than that, I was satisfied and would like to use it again.

This newly opened hotel has a great location, view, and facilities. However, while I was waiting for the early check-in time for my member status after giving my name, they not only let the people who came later through first, but they didn't even say anything to me.What's more, even the time we were allowed to listen was not respected, and the expenses that should have been incurred were not collected. The information was probably not shared among the front staff, but of course it has nothing to do with us.The difference was only a few minutes at most, but it was enough to make me feel bad. It was a shame because the hotel was clean and comfortable.

It had just been completed and I stayed there looking forward to the view bath.Start from your roomFrom the moment you enter, there is a sense of openness and a very good impression. The bathroom is a glass-walled type, which is a trend these days, and it feels like it's one with the rest of the room. It also had a shade so you could hide it.There is a sofa with a wide seat next to the window, so you can relax while looking at the view.☆-1 point: It was difficult to understand the power supply for the built-in refrigerator. I thought it was on, but it wasn't cold at all. (There was no instruction manual to turn it on and off with a switch.)View bathI went around 4pm. There are about 15 shoe boxes...not many. For those who could not enter, they were left at the entrance. On the other hand, there are a lot of lockers, and you can't help but feel a mismatch. The changing room is made of smooth, stone-like material that makes it slippery. There are no water supply mats such as towels, so there are puddles...The lockers were key type (like the ones you often find in public baths), so I didn't need coins or anything like that.Every bath has a great view and you can see Hirakata.Hot springs include 1 indoor bath, 1 cold bath, 1 open-air bath, 1 sauna, and 6 washing areas. The indoor bath and outdoor bath are quite small. The sauna has 3 tiers and is large enough to seat 4, 3, and 3 people from the top. I feel the temperature is around 90-80? It's not hot.The water bath is 15 degrees Celsius which is quite nice! There are 4 chairs in the outside air bath space. Even though it's called a chair, it's more like a seated chair and you can't stretch your legs and relax. There are 6 washing areas, so be careful when it's crowded! There are 4 washroom spaces in the changing room, and the hair dryer doesn't blow well, making it difficult to dry. It took about 5 minutes even for short hair, so it might be quite difficult for women. Finally breakfast buffetThe menu is average, nothing special...The buffet space is small so everyone was bumping into other people while taking the food lolThere were about 10 types of soy sauce, but the only menu that could make use of them was tofu, which was a shame. The taste is delicious and makes you feel good in the morning! As a general review, the scenery is really nice and you can enjoy the night view at night, and from the moment you entered the hotel, it was no exaggeration to say that it was a luxury hotel!I was a little disappointed in the observation bath, but if you have never been to an observation bath, you will definitely be excited!

The front desk is on the 19th floor, so I was a little confused. The night view from the infinity bath on the 26th floor was also beautiful. There is no affiliated parking lot, but if you park in the on-site parking lot, you will receive a QR coupon discounting the price to 2,200 yen per night.
