I used to come here every Golden Week, but this year I used it during the July holidays!This was my first time on Miyakojima in the summer, and since the hotel is right in front of the beach, I felt like I was at a resort overseas.It would be even better if there were umbrellas on the beach.One thing I was disappointed about was that the shabu-shabu that I loved for dinner was no longer available.As the previous person wrote, the service has improved a lot! We have also made reservations for the September holidays, so thank you again.

Apparently something has been renewed? ?I was referring to other people's reviews,The staff's response is the complete opposite! Every time we pass each other, we smile and go. welcome back. The surprise cake for the celebration was handmade. The location is on the ocean front, and while there were people renting various things from rental companies, I was able to make full use of the wet, snorkel, and kayaks that the hotel rented to me, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! It's nice to be able to rent something when and as much as I want, rather than renting it on the day. Breakfast is also an elaborate Western meal that satisfies your hunger. Water, Sanpin tea, hibiscus tea, and juice are replenished every day, and the toiletries and shampoo are also high-quality. I stayed at many luxury hotels. This place feels like home and the satisfaction level is 100 points!I was sad to go home on the last day. I want to see everyone's smiling faces again. This was a trip that made me think so. thank you very much.

I stayed for 2 nights from September 21st to 23rd.It is spacious enough with two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, and the amenities are Guerlain. Each room also has a pool.There is also a free laundry within the facility, which I was able to use.(The laundry was not in a good condition, but I think it can be helped if it's free, but personally I think it would be better if the laundry was kept in a clean condition even if it costs a little more.) Ta)Imugya Marine Garden is right in front of it, making it a great location, and the sea is also very beautiful.Guests can rent snorkel sets for free, but the goggle lenses are cloudy and the quality is poor. (We strongly recommend that you bring your own goggles.)Accommodation rates are not cheap, so I think there are many guests who would prefer to rent something nicer for a fee rather than being free.We also rent saps and canoes free of charge. However, the see-through canoe that was posted on the website was not available.Imgya Palace is for adults only, but the restaurant for breakfast and dinner isThis room is shared with Imugya Suite and is an environment where children are present, so those who are concerned about this should be careful.(Perhaps this is something the facility should be a little more aware of.)The starry sky can be seen at its most beautiful due to the nature-rich environment!However, there are no restaurants in the area, so if you are not renting a car, we recommend that you consider your means of transportation in advance.

Anyway, the customer service was the worst.- The staff (owner?) sometimes talks to me in a sarcastic manner.- When I contacted them, they said they would check and just ignored them.- I start getting irritated when I ask again.The room is spacious, has a pool, and is in a good location with Imgya Marine Garden nearby. However, there are better hotels in Miyakojima in this price range. . .The breakfast tasted cheap (it seems like they are focusing on cost cutting, including staff training).This is my fourth time coming to Miyakojima, and the experience here was the worst ever.I think there are a certain number of people who are fooled every year, including me, because they are good at managing and displaying social media, including using influencers.If you're having trouble finding a place to stay, I'm not saying anything bad about it, so it's better to choose another hotel instead of taking any risks.

We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast only for 60,000 yen for two people.Stayed quite cheaplyThe room was spacious, clean and comfortable.I go out and go to my room.I couldn't go into the poolInsects can't be helped due to location.There are a lot of them lolThere are also plenty of amenities.No inconvenience lol30 seconds to Miyakojima loop bus stopThe beach is just 30 seconds awayI am grateful that I can rent snorkeling sets for free.Well, the loop bus times are inconvenient.I think I need a rental carI only wanted lunch, so I took a taxi to the well.One way from hotel2,000 yen to the airport2,500 yen to the cityJust over 4,000 yen to Shimajiri PortAll buses cost less than 500 yen one way.can be reached on footThere are no convenience stores or rental cars.The taxi came within 5 minutes after I called.beach in frontAt Ingya Marine GardenMany beautiful fish can be seen even below the knees of adults.Easy to play even for small childrenBecause the rocks and coral are sharpBe careful not to cut your feetshoes are requiredThe room was comfortable and relaxing.

Definitely not recommended. First of all, it is not a facility with the concept of a luxury resort hotel. It's a facility similar to a private lodging. (Private lodging is more serious) There are a lot of bugs floating in the pool. Of course there were a lot of ants in the room. There is no proper cleaning.I have a luxurious-looking chandelier in my room, but the water doesn't flow towards the drain in the shower room lol.It was probably designed by an amateur.There are no permanent employees, and all of them are foreigners who cannot speak Japanese. I can't really understand Japanese even if I speak to it. Have you obtained a work visa? Only the owner is Japanese, but the phone support is poor.I made a reservation for 3 nights, but due to the typhoon, I contacted them to change it to 1 night, but they said they would not refund it as it would be troublesome.Overall, labor costs have been cut to the bare minimum, and it is no longer functioning as a hotel. I am writing this to prevent further casualties.I felt sad after the trip...It was a good social studies lesson.

I don't know because there is no parking information.Check-in is at the restaurant as there is no lobby.When you are shown to your room, disposable slippers (packed in a bag) will be provided.I had a carry-on case and hand luggage, and the aisles were narrow, so it was difficult to get my slippers out of the bag. It would be helpful if you could prepare in advance.When using the shower, water leaks through the gap in the glass.The bathroom was soaked.I tried to call the front desk to get a towel, but when I called, they wouldn't connect. 【21:30】What's going on with this hotel?Is it okay because the price is low?I should have stayed at a different hotel.I'm tired of staying here for one more night.I wonder if there are any more.

I stayed here on my honeymoon.The facilities and rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious.Using local ingredients, I was satisfied with my trip.The pool attached to the room is seawater.You can enjoy it even when you can't go to the sea.We also received a surprise cake to celebrate.We had a very satisfying honeymoon because we were taken care of.
