Arrived at 9am 7 Oct 2023, we asked for the availability of AC rooms for 4 people and were answered there were. Offered at a price of 550, we bargained and agreed at a price of 450. We entered the room at 9 and immediately went to sleep until 13.00.When I woke up, the AC room was not cold at all. We complained asking for a solution because the AC wasn't cold, and were answered with all kinds of reasons (problems with electricity from PLN, just replaced the PLN cable, previous guests didn't complain, etc.).The solution offered was moving to another AC room, but after checking it the results were not cold either. Finally we decided to come out with a refund of 300 for the non-cold AC room in which we slept for approximately 5 hours. But the final deal was a refund of 250. So we paid 200 for 5 hours of sleep in a stuffy room (it was cooler outside because there was a lot of wind).Finally we left and found accommodation with normal AC. At a much cheaper price.In our opinion, there would be no problems with the place if everything was functioning properly, which was a shame the service was not friendly, especially when we started to complain. We have tried to contain our annoyance and tried to be friendly in our complaints.That's all our experience, nothing has been added/reduced, hopefully it's useful.

+ Clean bed and bathroom+ AC+ Car parking+ Right on the beach+ There is a restaurant+ There is a balcony+ You can request various things, for example asking for clothes hangers+ the taste of the food is standard, yesterday I ordered squid (very hard) and shrimp (small, ordered 1/2 kg, I don't think it even reached half a kg). The spices don't penetrate the meat- The mother is not friendly, doesn't smile much- Prices can change/increase if we forgetFor example, if you have paid for rice, you will be told that you haven't paid. The initial deal price is A, calculated as B. (Maybe the mother is forgetful or Aji is distracted)- The price is relatively slightly more expensive than other accommodation with more or less the same facilities (I asked directly from the neighbors next door)
