We had a kaiseki meal full of Yamagata prefecture food, including ``Nijisakura,'' a cross between Yamagata's prefectural fish ``Sakura trout'' and rainbow trout, which we farm in-house, as well as sagoshi, Gaza shrimp, and red sea bream caught at Sakata Port. For breakfast, I was satisfied with Yusa's Okki Mushroom Miso and Zunda Mochi. However, it is a shame that there are still no Western side dishes that go well with the bread!

An excellent ryokan in Sagae, the “cherry” city we were visiting to celebrate the New Year with our host families. The service was excellent and efficient, and our tatami room was perfect. The baths were a good size with a beautiful outdoor section, and the water source was from a natural spring. Overall a very good experience.

I used the attached Hotel Suncherry, but the public bath and breakfast were shared with Mr. Ichiryu. The hot springs flowing directly from the source were indoor baths with temperatures of 43 degrees and 41 degrees, and outdoor baths with temperatures of about 43 degrees and 38 degrees. This is the men's bath. It seems that the genders do not change depending on the day.

I stayed here as a business type (no meals) to work and enjoy the hot springs. The hot springs were very nice. ||The room I was given was an extremely small room with only 6 tatami mats and no bath or shower. …

I used it for a day trip. The food and baths were good.I took a long soak in the open-air bath while looking at the snow. You will be warmed by the 43℃ hot spring source.I wanted to come in again, but cleaning starts at 12pm.I was disappointed that I couldn't enter. It was good to eat in the room, but unfortunately the smell from the air freshener in the toilet was so strong that it could be smelled all the way into the room.
