It was a very quiet hotel. I arrived late. The two of us had a large Japanese-style room with futons spread out, making it very spacious. There is a large public bath where you can relax. The quality of the spring water was good and it felt very good. Above all, I was surprised by the variety of breakfast items. It was a buffet style menu with a grilled food menu. You can make grilled fish and fried eggs. Seats were reserved, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner without having to look for one. I ate too much.

There were many students at the training camp. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The large public bath is a hot spring bath where you can soothe the fatigue of the day. However, it gets very crowded during bathing time for students. Grilling your own dried fish for breakfast is an innovative service.

I was captivated by the charm of Shirako Onsen and came here. The water is yellow to brownish in color. Shirako Onsen, which contains rare iodine, has a smell similar to when you open a disinfectant, and it feels like being inside a diluted mouthwash. It is said to have the effect of improving skin diseases, and even rough skin becomes shiny. The hotel itself is my favorite Showa retro hotel. The cleaning was thorough and I had a comfortable stay. It's a Showa-era building, so there aren't many electrical outlets, but they took care of it by providing extension cords. The breakfast was not good, but the dried horse mackerel that you grill and eat yourself is exquisite. Dinner was very delicious, including grilled abalone. Since it was a weekday before the high season, it was quiet and I was able to get my work done. Tennis also seems to be popular. I'll visit you again.

This was my first time trying to use the day trip bath, but I couldn't get into it.The day-use application was accepted until 8:00 pm, and I arrived at 8:50 pm, so I was turned down, and I was satisfied and went home.I went to a hot spring for a day trip the following month, and the problem started after that. Are you a couple even though the reception time is almost an hour past? couple? I witnessed a customer being given special permission to use the hot springs for a day trip. Why was it almost the same time as when I was refused a bath? How do you feel about the front desk staff? When I came in May, I took a two-hour trip one way just to visit the hot springs, but I wonder why I was turned away.I like the hot springs here, and I have stayed at New Kanei for 2 nights, and its sister restaurant Shirako New Seaside for 7-8 nights, and I am a regular in a sense, using the hot springs when visiting the hot springs. It's a shame because it was a hot spring hotel that I liked because it had a large indoor bath and an open-air bath. The reception hours are not listed on the homepage. If there is a set reception time, I would like them to either stick to it or accept everyone even if the reception time has passed.I like it and will use it again, but it seems like I won't be able to enjoy the hot springs as much as I used to.I'm just angry.

Bath: Fairly large. Open-air bath is small but available. No sauna or cold bath. Yellow hot water. The room feels like a business hotel. There are no vending machines or sales of alcohol, so if you want to drink, buy it. There is a refrigerator. For rice, we had sukiyaki and butter-grilled abalone.

I used it for a day trip during Golden Week.Since it was already past 5pm, all other hotels had closed for day use, so I decided to take a bath here. However, it was almost like a bath at a training camp. This hotel is used for tennis training camps. It was terrible because it coincided with the end of practice... I guess that's why he's a college student...and a pretty good university... (Uni has a school name). The hot water and the hotel staff's response were good. It's best to avoid it around the time when tennis practice is over.
