Urumadome Okinawa

I had booked an underwater road activity (Marine Island) for the next day, so I looked for a place as close as possible! I searched for a slightly different facility and found a dome-shaped hotel near the sea.I arrived late at night, so I didn't stay there very long, but I was satisfied with the hotel.At first I was unsure where to park my car as there was no entrance or parking area, but there was a guide to the entrance to the parking lot on the north side along the hotel. There were no street lights in the area, so it was quite dark when we arrived at night, so it took us a while to find it. However, on the other hand, the starry sky from the parking lot is exceptional, and you can see a wonderful night sky precisely because there are no lights around.Check-in and check-out are all done by ourselves, and there is no staff to meet or greet guests. After following the entrance instructions given to you in advance, you take the room key from the padlocked keybox on the side of the dome. In the reservation, it was displayed as "Uruma Dome Okinawa 9", but the room number was "Neptune 9", and each room has a star name, so it might be less worrying if it was unified.The room was very large and dome-shaped, so the ceiling was high and it was an open space. It was also interesting that if you sat next to a wall, you could hear the voices of people talking through the wall, making it seem like they were talking from behind. A family of four could sleep comfortably in the room with two large queen-sized beds. The bathroom is large, but the shower is in the same space as the toilet, and when you take a shower, the water spreads all over the floor, so it was a little inconvenient that you had to wear slippers when using the toilet, but other than that... I was very satisfied.When you wake up in the morning, you can see the ocean across the road in front of you, but it's not a sandy beach, so you can only look at it. Since we had booked an activity early in the morning, we moved right away and met up at Marine Island on Kaichu Road.We had a lot of fun doing parasailing and water activities, so we highly recommend it!

We have the minimum necessary items. It's a pity that there was no hair dryer.

If you need time alone, it's the perfect spot. Great customer service that is done remotely, and a whole unit to yourself that feels better than a hotel. My go to place for sure.
