The location is good, close to the downtown area, but it's on a slope and you have to climb a hill. There are guest rooms on the first to third floors, which must be accessed by stairs. When you check in, you will receive a PIN number that allows you to enter and exit the hotel at night. At the entrance, you will be asked to change into slippers, but they were old, reused slippers.Although the room was renovated, there was mold in some places. The shower room and toilet are shared, but I thought it would be nice if the towels for wiping feet in the shower room and the towels for wiping hands in the toilet were shared. Is athlete's foot okay? Also, the shower room was small and the floor of the shower room was full of water mold, so it didn't feel very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it didn't work even when I plugged it in.The door to the room is thin and you can hear voices from the hallway. An old man was at the reception desk, so I was worried about whether the room was kept well-maintained.It's cheap, and unlike capsules, you don't have to share the sleeping area, so it's fine if you're just staying there, but the accommodations aren't very comfortable.

The hotel had just been renovated, so it was very nice and clean. It's cost-effective and I can't ask for anything more. The location is good and I would like to use it again.

On my first day in Miyakojima, I wanted to see a shamisen performance, so I stayed at a guesthouse-like hotel near the public market and city center for one night. The rooms were all clean with IKEA furniture, and the toilet and shower were shared, so the cost performance was high. It's close to the Ichiba-dori bus stop on the Miyako Shimojishima Airport Resort Line, and the area is in Miyakojima's DEEP zone, so it can be a little stressful.

It was the cheapest private room hotel near Hirara in the center of Miyakojima.I think it's fine if you don't mind the fact that it's wooden and the toilet and shower are shared.Good point・Air conditioner is on・Manage your own keys・Parking is free if space is available・There are about 5 or 6 free washing machines and dryers (unavailable from 10pm to 9am due to noise prevention measures)・The response was good.・Check-in and check-out are from 14:00 to 11:00・If you take the airport bus at Shimojishima Airport at 13:30, it will be just in time for check-in.Bad points・It is made of wood and makes noise (maybe it would be better to wear slippers that make less noise)-Toilet and shower are shared and outside the room- There are 6 parking spaces, and it's first-come, first-served, so if you go shopping again in the evening, you may not be able to park. I think it would be better if you knew from the beginning whether you would be stopped.・I would like to be able to use the washing machine and dryer until around 11pm.・The parking lot is small, so be careful if you are not good at parking.others・The hair dryer is not in the room but in the shared washbasin.・The hotel is always closed and you enter your PIN to enter.・There is a refrigerator with a freezer in the room・Only one towel is provided for 3 nights, but washing and drying is free.・There was a 24-hour parking lot for 1,000 yen 5 or 6 minutes away.

This hotel is like an ordinary house turned into a hotel. It's helpful to have a washing machine and dryer for free. There is no toilet or shower in the room,There are shared toilets and showers, so there was no problem. The only thing that bothers me a little is that I can hear a lot of noise around me.I'm a little concerned about the voices and sounds coming from the hallway. It's a matter of etiquette, but it's a very good hotel if everyone stays with due consideration. There are also amenities, so if you can stay at this price, you will be very satisfied.

It may meet the definition of a hotel, but my personal impression is that it would be more appropriate to call it a guesthouse. The doors and walls are thin, and you can hear the sounds of walking in the hallway, the shower room, and the hair dryer. The shower is shared and available 24 hours a day, which is an advantage, but I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of showering, probably because the shower room was in the next room.It would be better to have earplugs.I have no complaints about the location, service, or price.I think you will regret it if you come with the impression that it is a so-called business hotel.

Conclusion: I recommend it and would use it again. It is a 3-story building with a shower and toilet on each floor. Washing and drying machines are on the 1st and 3rd floors. The room is very clean. The toilets and shower rooms are also kept neat and clean. There is WiFi.The cost performance is the best.It does make a noise when people walk around in the middle of the night, but given the price, I can't complain. Guest morale is important. If you don't like it, go to an expensive hotel! There were 6 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The location is good, with convenience stores, souvenir shops, and pubs within walking distance. However, there is only one road. One set of towels is provided for two days.Garbage must be disposed of in the kitchen on the 1st floor and must be separated. The kitchen is fully equipped for long-term stay guests. Tableware, seasonings, etc. The stove has 3 gas burners. There are 2 microwaves, a toaster, and 2 rice cookers. You can save money by cooking your own meals! There is a diving equipment washing area and drying area outside, and the drying area can accommodate two people when heavy equipment is put in. I'm grateful.Considering the cost performance, there was basically nothing wrong with it ( ̄ー ̄)

Used when staying in Miyakojima for about a weekIt's a little hard to find as it's located along a fairly narrow alley near Nishisato Odori, the downtown area of Miyakojima. The rooms are private, but the bathroom is shared.■Good points・The room is bright and clean・It's located near the downtown area so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking.・Free use of washing machine and dryer (free detergent)・There are toilets and shower rooms for men and women on each floor.・You can use the beautiful and large system kitchen.・There is no cleaning service, but there is a vacuum cleaner that you can use.・The parking lot in front is free, although the number of spaces is limited.・Low price■Bad points・The walls are thin, so you can hear the door closing (but not so much that you can hear the sound from the next room)・It was written that there was a hair dryer in the room equipment, but it wasn't in the room (there was one in the sink)・There was trash piled up next to the bed.・Shoe box smells bad・The changing room in the shower room is small (for men on the 3rd floor)There is a shoe box next to the entrance on the first floor that everyone can put in, but it smells pretty bad.I have no choice but to put my wet sandals in there. .When I got home and noticed that there was a smell in the entrance, I discovered that the smell was on the fabric of my sandals.Hotels on Miyakojima get quite expensive depending on the season, so this hotel is good because it's affordable.I want to pay less for a hotel, but staying at a guesthouse is tough. It's good to have a private room, but I can tolerate sharing the bathroom.I think it's best for those peoplePersonally, I was able to use the washer and dryer as much as I wanted, so I was able to frequently wash my wet swimsuits, which was great. Also, as a drinker myself, the location of this hotel was pretty good as I could walk home even after drinking a lot lol.
