The location is easy to find, the parking area is large, access to the main road is also easy and it is in the middle of Sukabumi city.The room does not require a deposit when checking in. Oh yes, to book at this firm you have to go to the WA admin, you can't use applications like Traveloka et al.I had requested a room that was a smoking room and had a window, then when I entered the room it was according to the request. The room is comfortable enough for just 1-2 people, if it were more, it could be said to be cramped. I even asked whether it was possible to have an extra bed or not, but the firm didn't provide an extra bed.There are 2 towels, 2 sandals, 1 doormat, amenities such as soap and toothpaste, then 2 bottles of mineral water. Oh yes, the firm has provided smart TV facilities in each room, just use a personal account (ex. Netflix). so far so good.I checked in at around 4 in the afternoon, then at 5 in the afternoon, it turned out that the room's AC was leaking and causing the floor to flood hehehehe. I tried calling the receptionist, it didn't take long for the staff to come to check the room, they said "Wait, ma'am, the person who services the AC has been called here." Eh, but until 7 pm there was still no news.At 7 pm I called the receptionist again because I turned off the AC from 5 to 7, which was stifling for a room that wasn't too big. Finally the working staff came again, giving a solution to turn on the AC with a temperature above 21 degrees. When I asked "if it's above 21 it's still leaking, what's the solution?", and the answer was simply "well what else can I do ma'am, just turn off the AC". It's really speechless, it's that easy to say just turn it off, even though he himself said yes when I asked "Are you annoyed bro because I turned off the AC?" I paid here and was only given a solution to sleep over the heat. The attitude of the staff can be improved so they can provide better solutions or answers to customers.

Strange guest house, the intention was to go here on holiday but the car parking problem made it difficult. Visitors who wanted to eat late at night were instead told to just order gofood because it was difficult for the car to get out of the parking lot and the reason why the security was tired moved them so they wanted to take a break hahaha. It is thought that people who want to go on holiday just stay in their room. This place is really strange, the security advised me to do the proper work on moving the big car😅 if the security is big it would be better if the parking was bigger.

Strategic location, in the middle of the city. Clean and comfortable enough. I stayed there for 1 night only but will be back there if i have another chance. Love the big tv with netflix in front of the bed. Love the ambiance.
