The phone number listed on the website is not very responsive. I was told that I would call back, but I never got a call back.I used it for consecutive nights, but I can see that it is not working properly.It's a bit inconvenient as the phone service is not good so you have to go directly to the hotel front desk.Everything except the service is great, and it's convenient because it's relatively close to bars, tourist spots, and cafes.

I stayed in a room called Tropical for 4 nights.The overall cleaning was thorough and beautiful. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, so it is recommended for those who often play in the sea.The counter-like table was easy to use.I had a corner room on the second floor, so I wasn't bothered by any noise from neighboring rooms.On the first day, there was no hot water in the shower, so I informed the front desk and they fixed it right away.It was a good location, close to the town of Hirara.

Please register at the front desk of the separate building and receive a key and receive instructions. There is a parking lot, but it was a little difficult to park due to the slanted shape. Since I used it during the off-season, there were few customers and I was able to spend a calm and quiet time. The room was spacious and the shower room (not a bath) and shower toilet were clean. The air conditioner was on before we arrived, and the room temperature was comfortable even as soon as we entered. All daily necessities and cooking utensils are available, and if you purchase ingredients, you can eat in your room. It is convenient to have a washing machine, hangers and a rectangular drying line, but please be aware that there is not much space to dry your clothes. The comforter wasn't the type that made any rustling noises, so I was able to sleep soundly. There is an intercom so you can rest assured. It is necessary to separate your trash, so we recommend that you do it properly before you move out.

I requested a quiet room when making my reservation. Since it was the off-season, there were two rental cars in the parking lot in front of the hotel. However, voices and high-pitched laughter could be heard coming from next door/above. . It's currently 23:00. The room was cute and well-cleaned, so I was very satisfied, but I felt that there wasn't enough consideration given to it. I think they could have been placed in rooms separated from each other. Very disappointing.

I didn't know that there was a counter in the same building as the Polar Bear Cafe, so I looked for it, but guests can use the Polar Bear Cafe at a discount.Bicycles can also be rented for free, so those staying for a few days will be able to enjoy Miyakojima even more.Accommodation costs are low, making it ideal for families with children or young couples. Challenger is a good bike.

I stayed in a botanical room for 2 nights. Newly built with stylish interior and home appliances ◎ Indoor washing machine (detergent also available) ◎ Fully equipped with amenities. Separate bath and toilet ◎ Bed is large and comfortable.
