Used 2024/10 and used the annex. The view is a little bad. Should it be the main building?Other than that it was really good. The building and rooms are clean and well kept. The large public bath is a bit small, perhaps because each room has a bath. There is a bath in the room, so I am very satisfied. The food was also delicious. I have the impression that I received good service from the waitstaff with an appropriate sense of distance.Perhaps because there are only a few rooms and each room has a bath, you won't be around other guests except for meals, so you can have a quiet and relaxing time. The staff's attentiveness was also good.It was also interesting to experience things like coloring tenugui. It was an inn that made me want to go again. thank you very much.

It was a very nice hotel.Since it was summer, I thought there might be insects in the open-air bath in the guest room, but there were almost no insects. The food was delicious, but there was so much that I couldn't finish it all, so I think it was enough without upgrading. Tenugui drawing will become a memorable experience, so those who are planning to visit in the future should definitely give it a try. If you just look at a map, it might look like a place that can only be reached by car, but Hakone is also fun to get around, so we recommend traveling by public transportation or taxi.

Outstanding service in all areas of the resort. Each meal included a bewildering array of items, all deliciously appealing! The special kaiseki dinner was “out of this world” in variety, flavors and presentation! The rooms are spacious and the private onsen with spectacular views of the surrounding forests and mountains was marvelous.
