I chose this place because it was new and clean and the price was reasonable, even though it was far from the downtown area.However, when I entered the room, I couldn't get the number type key I was told beforehand due to a system error, so I ended up calling.When I was told to use the key, I started sweating. There are two more floors, so the stairs,Insect mark,Although it was a good thing that I was able to meet the manager because there wasn't much toilet paper provided,If I couldn't see you, I would have to call you again.The moment I entered the room,It stinks! First of all, that’s the word.Does it smell like a drain?It was too smelly so first I used Febreze to get rid of the smell.Every time I go out, the smell returns and I use Febreze again.I did.It was an apartment type room, so the room was spacious and clean.It smells andSuddenly a goblin appeared on the futon,Got a negative ratingNo slippers,There are no lace curtains, so I can't open them in the morning. .I would like to improve the smell,Even if I wanted to throw away the trash, it was locked and I couldn't throw it away, and I didn't want to leave it in my room all the time.If the trash can was somewhere outside, I would have separated it and thrown it away, but I would like to see an improvement.Conveniently located near Sunayama Beach and Ikema Island.

It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and large shower room. It's a comfortable and clean hotel.I'm planning on staying for 2 nights, and I'm glad I stayed here!However, the electronic key in the room I stayed in was broken, so unlike other rooms, I had to use a key to open and close the room, and there was no explanation about trash, towels, etc., which was a bit disappointing.

About 7 minutes walk to Sunayama Beach. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the city center. There is a parking lot at the beach, so I drove there, but it was convenient because it was right next to the beach.The room was very clean, and the amenities and tableware were helpful.The shower room was also spacious and easy to use. I was a little concerned about shampoo etc. being placed in a basket on the floor, so I had to step on my knees. There's a shelf above your head, so I think it's a good idea to put things you don't want to get wet on the shelf.There is also a washer and dryer in the room, which was extremely helpful for drying clothes and dehydrating swimsuits even though it's humid on Miyakojima.I had a very comfortable stay.

Used it for a one night stay.It was a very beautiful room. There was also a washing machine and dryer, and detergent, which was very helpful! It's a little far from the downtown area, but since I was renting a car, it wasn't a problem.It was close to the beach, so I walked there the next morning.

When I checked with them, they told me that this time it was not a cleaning fee but a security deposit.What is a security deposit? When I asked about it, I was told that it was a parking lot fee and utility fee.Surprisingly, I don't understand the meaning at all.I asked them to submit a detailed estimate, guarantee deposit, etc. in writing, but I received no response.Anyway, the amount is 125,000 yen.That's what he said.I've never been to a hotel that was so dishonest, and I've also never been to a hotel where the price suddenly changed to more than double one day.
