I usually stay at Toyoko Inn, but since most of the Osaka area is around Shin-Osaka, this was my first time staying at the Bentencho branch.It's still a new hotel, so it's clean overall and the rooms are of a new type, so it's good.It was also nice to be able to switch between white and warm colors, as the lighting was mostly dark and warm colors.It's a bit of a walk from Bentencho Station, but there is a 7-Eleven nearby. Breakfast also included 8 types of rice balls and CoCo Ichibanya's curry soup, which was nice and different from other stores.Recently, hotel room rates have been soaring, but I'm happy to say that Toyoko Inn has been able to maintain its prices.Intex Osaka can be reached by one train from Bentencho Station, and it's also easy to get to USJ, so I think it's worth using.

There are JR and subway stations in Bentencho, and you can get there in less than 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.I think it's convenient because you can transfer to Osaka Station and it's close to UNIVA.You can also walk to Kyocera Dome. We recommend Suehiro, a delicious okonomiyaki restaurant nearby.

The price is low and the free breakfast is amazing.I have stayed at Toyoko Inn in many places,The interior was beautiful as it was new.(The sound of water pipes? I was a little concerned about the surrounding sounds.)And you don't have to run into other users in the elevator.

It's far from the station...but it's clean and friendly, so it's a very good hotel. I also appreciate that the breakfast was properly prepared.

Check-in is mechanized, and perhaps because there are not enough people, the front desk does not bring rental items, so customers go to the front desk.Even though it's crowded, there are times when the extension line doesn't answer for a long time, probably because I'm the only one at the front desk.Will this increase customer satisfaction?They don't tell you how to do it when you check in, and it takes a lot of time if you're mechanically ignorant.The people at the front desk are unfriendlyAlso, sometimes the rice balls and rice I eat for breakfast are sticky.It's bad. Can't you cook the rice so it doesn't get soggy?i am sad. Weekdays are in the 7,000 yen range, although there are other hotels with lower prices.There is also room service where the front desk will come to your room, so if it's cheap and available, I'd choose that option.Please improve the service by increasing the number of people at the front desk.The service at this price is expensive and the satisfaction level is low.

A couple, two children, and two parents used this hotel as an overnight stay on their way back from university on the first day of a long weekend. The flow of accommodation and breakfast is completely stress-free. It's like Toyoko Inn, nothing more or less than this.
