The rooms are clean, but the one in the Batu villa doesn't have a TV, during the deal the price was given a 10% discount, but when you stayed there, you didn't get breakfast, so breakfast was charged 15 thousand per person, then if you use speakers there you have to rent another 200 thousand, a bit disappointed too However, with that incident, for the location and cleanliness of the room, it's still okay... just a suggestion if you want to stay here, make sure the price you give includes everything, so there are no extra charges. Thank You

Nice comfortable place but unfortunately the service is bad Other people got breakfast, my turn didn't get breakfast tokens I already know the sound and it wasn't filled at night so it was dark while the caretaker wasn't there so I don't recommend going there again...

Cottage number 4 had a short circuit and was smoking. You can't turn on the AC and heating kettle at the same time. The fuse sounds, fire and smoke come out. The position is close to the beach so it's really hot during the day. That's why the place is open, there are no indoor meeting locations.

The location is strategic in Ciletuh, near the center of Palangpang beach, the rooms are quite clean, minuses: the towels don't really absorb water, breakfast has to be reminded to the staff and even then it doesn't taste enough, there are no other amenities available such as soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, as an alternative it's quite good

The rooms and location are really good, close to Geopark Ciletuh beach, the only minus is that the villa manager is VERY UNFRIENDLY, LACKS ATTITUDE, sloppy talkative, his mouth needs to be taught how to serve GUESTS, if you need a service to teach him a lesson, let me teach you.Recommending it to friends is actually okay, but if you remember the waiter, Teh Yanti, I'm too lazy to recommend it to other people... Hopefully there will be improvements in the future
