After two nights at the beachfront, we stayed here for one night.I was looking forward to the fireworks I bought at the rental BBQ Yamagun Hiroba, but unfortunately it was raining so I couldn't do it.However, while retaining the nostalgic feel of an old folk house, just being in the comfortably renovated space gave me a warm and calming feeling, similar to when I returned home to my grandmother's house during summer vacation as a child. I was able to spend a luxurious time just relaxing in the tatami room. For dinner, we made Yakiniku at home using Kagoshima-produced meat that we bought at a local supermarket. We drank, ate, and laughed while listening to baseball broadcasts on internet radio, and had the experience of ``staying there as if we were living there.''The next day, we were fortunate to have good weather and early in the morning, we went sightseeing at Heart Rock on the coast, which is about a 15-minute drive, and then went to a private beach with the time left until check-out. Not only was the ocean beautiful, but the waves were calm and I wanted to play for longer, but time ran out quickly. This time I would like to enjoy my stay for 2 nights.

A trip where you can stay in a traditional building in a village on Amami Oshima and enjoy it as if you were living there. Couples might choose a resort hotel, but for a family of three adults, a large room would be more comfortable, so we chose this inn. The ``Inn with a Private Beach'' that we used this time is a 10-second walk from the seaside. Our family had the private white sand beach all to ourselves.I ordered a barbecue for dinner. "Seaside BBQ" leaves all the preparation and cleanup up to you, so when you call, it's the perfect setting! It was my first time to experience something like this and I was surprised. I was asked to prepare my own drink, so I bought a rosé sparkling at a nearby supermarket. It might have been a good idea to bring it.Since I was able to choose the time of my choice, I decided to start at dusk at 6pm and finish at 8pm. The pink glow of the sky, the sea, and the gradual setting of the sun at sunset were mysterious, and the chatty LED lights and gathering together under the moonlight was also something out of the ordinary. In addition to seasonal vegetables, pork, and chicken, the heads of Amami Oshima's tobinya (shellfish), red grouper, and pepper bream are grilled over charcoal to make them juicy and plump on the inside, with a chewy texture on the cheeks. It was delicious. All the ingredients are fresh and I'm impressed by their high potential. There are other good beaches on Amami Oshima, but the private beach near the inn was also quite nice and I enjoyed a leisurely swim. Because it is in the bay, the waves are calm. The hostel has a washing machine that can wash swimsuits, which was useful. There was enough Wi-Fi and power in the room, so it was comfortable for the whole family to watch videos and use SNS. There is also an air conditioner, so you can take a nap comfortably (lol)If you are traveling with 3 or more people, such as family or friends, this is recommended.

The place I was most interested in on this trip was Denpaku.I had very interesting expectations, especially for this "inn with a private beach."It was quite a rainy day this time, but if I were to be honest, I felt it was difficult to justify the ¥20,000 accommodation fee.It is a renovated traditional old folk house from Amami Oshima and has a very nice atmosphere. However, there is nothing around, and the view from the private beach is of the town on the opposite shore across the bay. The resort feeling has faded, and the sea is also pretty good. There is no problem if you are looking for this atmosphere, but I got the impression that the facilities were half-hearted and hard to say that they had been renovated. As you can see, it looks good in photos, but if you visit it as a resort, you will be left with the impression that it is probably not worth the price.I've been to many wonderful sights on Amami Oshima, but even with that in mind, I still feel like it's not good enough. Maybe my expectations were too high, but when I look at hotels designed by the same designer, I like them, but I'd say it's a bit of a shame if they put more effort into it, since they can come to Amami Oshima as a resort. kana.I probably won't stay here again in the future. The concept was very interesting, so I think it would be great if they could refine it even further.I apologize for the inconvenience, but I would like to express my opinion.
