I decided to use it for about a week based on everyone's reviews. (March 2022)Looks like it will be cheaper for more than a week. There are several facilities, so I carefully checked the website to avoid any misunderstandings, and decided on a single room in Suehirocho. After making a tentative reservation through the website, I was contacted by email, so I asked questions and followed the instructions.Since our flight arrives after 6pm, we ask that you self-check-in and check-out with someone present. I also asked for parking, and since it was a self-check-in, I paid the full amount in advance.I was told that I would be informed of my room number before departure, but it did not arrive until the evening of the previous day, so I asked for it.On the day of arrival. There are many one-way streets in Suehiro-cho, so I entered carefully. As I checked in advance on Street View, it is a Showa-style apartment in Piloti, with a parking lot on the first floor. There is no designated parking lot for Kariyushi, and you can park anywhere. When I entered the designated room, there was a key and a receipt. The walls are thin, and in my personal experience, it's about the same as Leopalace (Shochikubai's plum). I could hear the snoring from the next room. Please don't have drinking parties until late at night. When you get home late at night, try to be a little quiet. Please refrain from using it as a couple.(From this experience lol)The unit bath and toilet are just like normal one rule. Yoshi is more than just a shower. The kitchen is minimal, with only space for a cutting board above the stove, but there are two stoves, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle that keeps warm, a refrigerator, a storage area, and a set of tableware, so you can cook simple meals. was completed without any problem.I used the coin laundry on the first floor, which cost 200 yen for laundry and 100 yen for 8 minutes to dry. There was no environment in my room to hang a laundry line. For shopping, the green store, delicatessen store, and supermarket are just a 1-minute walk away, and the convenience store is a 3-minute walk away.Yanigawa Street, which has many bars and restaurants, is a 7-minute walk away.About the fourth day, something that looked like sheets was hanging on the doorknob, and when I checked the room information, I was told that I had to change them myself. The check-out time was specified in the email exchange when making the reservation, but it didn't show up at that time, so when I called, they said, ``I'll be there now,'' and came right away. When I checked with the person who came, I was told that the person in charge of the email exchange was different from mine, and that I was asked to call them in the morning of the day to check out.I don't remember that such information was found in the room information or on the website.I got my deposit back in full, so I don't think there will be any problems.I saw multiple reviews from other people saying that they were charged something, but that was not the case, and although the website says that there may be a fee for self-check-in, I was not charged. There was a lack of consistency between the website, the room information, and what the person in charge said, but as long as you follow the normal requests, it doesn't seem like you'll get your deposit back.Overall, it's a good deal considering the price.
