As I checked in advance on Street View, it is a Showa-style apartment in Piloti, with a parking lot on the first floor.There is no designated parking lot for Kariyushi, and you can park anywhere.When I entered the designated room, there was a key and a receipt.The walls are thin, and in my personal experience, it's about the same as Leopalace (Shochikubai's plum). I could hear the snoring from the next room.Please don't have drinking parties until late at night.When you get home late at night, try to be a little quiet.Please refrain from using it as a couple.(From this experience lol)The unit bath and toilet are just like normal one rule. When I checked with the person who came, I was told that the person in charge of the email exchange was different from mine, and that I was asked to call them in the morning of the day to check out.I don't remember that such information was found in the room information or on the website.I got my deposit back in full, so I don't think there will be any problems.I saw multiple reviews from other people saying that they were charged something, but that was not the case, and although the website says that there may be a fee for self-check-in, I was not charged.There was a lack of consistency between the website, the room information, and what the person in charge said, but as long as you follow the normal requests, it doesn't seem like you'll get your deposit back.Overall, it's a good deal considering the price.
