Cleaning is thorough◎Location◎ Ocean view◎Food and large public bath are good.I think it can't be helped that the facility feels old. Well, it's a long-established category.

The hotel is very, very, very old, not old, just old, and it doesn't treat its guests at all. The bathroom is dry and wet. The structure is strange, and there is an extra pool for no reason, making it difficult to open the door. The quality of the towels was bought at a 100 yen store, they were thin and hard. The sheets and quilt were wet and the sleeping person felt very uncomfortable. No hair ties. Use disposable paper cups to brush people's teeth. The razors in the large public bath are unpackaged, which is worse than a guest house in China that costs 50 yuan a night. The hotel parking lot was not informed of the charges in advance, and it turned out to be more expensive than the parking lot next door! Terrible hotel! Don't come! Whoever comes will regret it! Collapse! ! ! Get down!

Room → There is a bad odor coming from the toilet and washroom drain. The room also smells. Even the towels smell. The slippers in the room look like school toilets. The bedding smells of cigarettes. The balcony has a simple partition from the next room, so you can easily peek out. Lock it securely! All rooms allow smoking, so there are big ashtrays from the Showa era. Please note that if you choose the Omakase plan, you will not be able to see the sea. There was a tick on the futon and it bit my leg.Dinner → Food smells bad. The boiled red sea bream also smells and has a disgusting taste. Did you buy it at the sashimi supermarket? Abalone is also no good. The meal made me feel sick in my mouth and stomach, so I went back to my room and gargled and brushed my teeth. The table was two conference room desks placed side by side and covered with a cheap vinyl cloth. Are you willing to entertain customers?Breakfast: There's nothing to eat. Are you trying to make miso soup thin? Coffee isn't just a drink made by adding color to hot water.Hot spring → narrow. There is only one bathtub. It's completely glass-enclosed so you can definitely see it from other hotels. The toilet in the changing room is locked and cannot be used.Shop → Available 24 hours. The selection is not good. Plastic bottles are expensive at around 170 yen, so you should buy them in advance at a convenience store at the station. You can choose a yukata, but the color is faded and worn out, so I don't feel like wearing it. Isn't it better to replace it already?I don't usually stay at cheap hotels, but my companion chose one so I had no choice but to stay there. I was prepared to go after reading the reviews, but it turned out to be no good. What do people who say the food here is delicious usually eat?The customers are all elderly and poor people, which is depressing. The only good thing was that there was a shuttle bus, but that's the case with all hotels.Don't be fooled by good reviews. Why do I have to pay money to sleep somewhere below my house?I will never go there again, and I plan to tell my friends and acquaintances not to go there either. If you read this review, we recommend changing hotels.

There was shaved ice available next to the welcome drink, but there were no cups left, so when I asked the staff, they told me that if they ran out of cups, I'd be done for today. There was a paper cup for the welcome drink, so I asked if I could use it to put shaved ice in it, but I was told not to because it would spill. There was no scrambled eggs for breakfast either, so when I called out to them, they said they couldn't have any more. The child's chair in the bathroom and other places were full of mold and far from clean. Even though the rooms are old and the location is good, if the staff's response and service are poor, the rating will drop immediately.

I made a reservation on Rakuten two days before my stay.Overall, it cannot be called a luxury hotel, but the location is convenient for sightseeing in those areas with easy access to Atami Port and Atami Castle. Most of the employees are foreigners, but they are very responsive. There are convenience stores with a certain selection of products, but they only accept cash, and there is a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away. The bathroom is on the top floor with a great view, and the food is average, but the cost performance is reasonable.

Although it is far from the station, it is reasonably priced. Some rooms have a view of the sea.

I had a child and needed a few extra towels, but when I told them over the phone, they asked me to come to the front desk to pick them up. At a normal hotel, they will bring it to your room even if they don't have enough people. By the way, when I asked for new sheets because they were dirty, I was told something stupid like I would have to pay for the cleaning. I will never come again. The people at the restaurant are very nice, but everything else is terrible. Also, there were flies flying around me while I was eating.

I stayed there a few years ago and will be staying here for the second time in 2024. It feels old, but there is no particular problem. The food was also delicious. The bath was not particularly large, but the open-air bath was pleasant.

Although the facility is old, it was well kept and I felt safe staying there. Many of the employees were foreigners, but they all had smiles and were nice to the children. It seems to be limited to summer vacation, but you can enjoy shaved ice and picture crackers upon arrival.Several types of drinks are available next to the front desk. The buffet in the morning and evening is an extra level compared to a business hotel, but it is reasonable considering the room rate. However, when I stayed for several nights, it didn't seem to change and I got bored on the second day. During dinner, I dropped a hot bowl of steamed egg custard and spilled it, but the employees were kind enough to help me out. The piping hot chawanmushi was very delicious. Also, the all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream is delicious. There are also services that are nice for women, such as the ability to rent ReFa hair dryers and shampoo bars in the changing rooms. There were several types of yukata to choose from. The public bath is also old, but it is well maintained and I am very satisfied. If you're traveling with a family with children, the location is perfect, as you can go to the sea and the pool, and the sightseeing boat and cable car terminals are close by.Considering the price, I was very satisfied. I will use it again!

Good location, perfect for sightseeingThe rooms are spacious, well-cleaned, and have a nice view. The food is delicious and you can see that they take into account a wide variety of ages and nationalities, from local foods to frozen meals. The hot springs are at the level of a large public bath, but the Rinshan buffet was fun.It was convenient to have a parking lot.Overall it was quiet and relaxing.
