I stayed here without meals, and it was a warm Showa-style inn.The hostess and older sister were kind, relaxed, and easy to talk to.There's a parking lot, and the price is cheap in the city. It's perfect for traveling. It's perfect.

This traditional inn is now cheaper than a guest house or guest house. The building is full of Showa style, but the price is ¥3,000 for a shared bath and toilet, and ¥4,000 for a bath and toilet. (If you use the room key, a deposit of ¥1,000 will be returned when the key is returned)Although the building is old, there are many conveniences for guests throughout. All toilets have flush toilet seats. Parking is free even though it's close to downtown.Just a short walk from Yanigawa, Amami Oshima's number one bar district. The air conditioner works well and is free. Comes with TV and small refrigerator. Wifi is also available. There are two shower rooms on the 2nd floor. The shower booths are a little small, but they are private rooms with a lock and a separate changing room. Small towels are also provided. There is a solar water heater on the roof, so you should be able to take a hot shower 24 hours a day. There are also 3 fully automatic washing machines available for free. There is also a dryer. (Paid but cheap)Shave gel and foam are also available in the three sinks.A large-capacity ice server is located at the entrance, so you can enjoy island sake on the rocks. Safe even for heavy use. There is also a microwave, toaster, and kettle. The owner is elderly, but he is talkative and fun.Currently, her son is running the business, and he is very kind, kind, and very enthusiastic about management. Cleaning is thorough, and the communal trash cans are perfectly emptied in the morning.Even after you leave the room, the windows are left open to ventilate the room, so the room remains comfortable without any strange smells. The room is equipped with a pole that spans the width of the room, allowing you to hang as many clothes as you want. It's basically a Japanese-style room, but there is a bed with a thick mattress, and the comfort is completely different from a hard futon, so you can sleep soundly😃There are more rooms than it looks from the outside, so it's nice that it's not too crowded. I want to use it as many times as I want.

Although it is an old guesthouse from the Showa era, it has a friendly atmosphere, and the bento lunches are cheap and delicious (outsourced), so in my personal opinion, it was the best for a long stay. After all, if the air conditioning works, I can take a good shower, and I can run the washing machine, I can't complain about Nan...It's just a short walk from Yanigawa, and the location is perfect.I just hope this inn doesn't get lost...As the owner is elderly, we rely on bento boxes, eating out, and local supermarkets for meals...However, it's okay because it's in a convenient location and you can do whatever you want.

Over 3,000 is the norm in dormitories. The price range of 2,500 yen for a private room is very attractive. Both the main building and the annex have a tasteful appearance, which is also a pleasure.

I came to Amami in my mid-twenties and stayed there for about a week. The dinner meal prepared by the landlady's mother was huge, and the sashimi from the fish caught nearby was delicious. The room had only the bare essentials, but it was sufficient. However, after the bath time, the boiler will be turned off, so you will only have fresh water (lol)I was told that a national polity athlete would be staying there, so I moved to a room on the second floor of a house near an inn.

If you have a house dust allergy, please ask if the annex is open. Are the bedding and rooms in the main building based on the age of the building? It may be the limit. I had asthma and took medication to control it and went to bed. It was fine when the main building was full and the annex was fine...
