Positives:(1) Super lovely staff team.(2) Decent location and price point.(3) 7-11 right beside and a family mart across the street.Cons:(1) Small room - you’ll 100% struggle with 2 luggages, need to be creative with moving the things in the room about to make it work.(2) When we first checked in and entered the room, the top of the comforter had many black dust spots where I had to sweep off. And there were many leftover hair on the pillows and bed. Housekeeping needs improvement. But the overall positives made us overlook this issue.

Excellent location. My wife and myself stayed here for a little under a week. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing, and service was amazing. As a first time traveler and as a person who speaks a at a very beginner level of Japanese, the hotel staff were very helpful and understanding of the language barrier. Lastly, we both have life-threatening allergies. We were very nervous to travel with these. The allergens in eash breakfast item were clearly labeled in both Japanese and English. It makes the entire experience stress free. Please consider staying here if you are a traveler with food allergies.

Perhaps one of the best hotels I've stayed in despite its tiny size. It has complete amenities: electric kettle, mugs, hair dryer (which I used a diffuser with), towels, slippers, hangers, laundry bags, outlets that have USB ports, extension, etc. Water that you can drink straight from the tap, best toilet (both are standards in Japan). For toiletries, coffee, tea, you can grab some at the lobby, right before the elevators.Breakfast may seem repetitive, but you can hit most of your major macros with it, so it's fine.Check in time is 3pm, checkout is at 11am. If you're early, you can leave your baggages at the counter. There is a machine that allows you to check in and out without having to call for assistance, though we did ask for assistance checking in because we didn't know aboug the kiosk. But we checked out so easily without bothering anyone. I love this efficiency. It's a 7-10 minute walk from Kanda Station, and is located close to everything. You can even walk to Tokyo Station (where the nearest forex is).

The reception by the service staff is very friendlyAlthough the room is a bit small, it is very clean and the bed is big enough. It is also quite close to Kanda Station. There is a 24hr convenience store next to it which is very convenient👍

The stay was a very warm welcome. Staff knew English enough to help with requests and very friendly! The room is good for one person but if more than one might be a bit cramped. Couldn't open my suitcase properly on the floor. Room was very clean equipped with fridge, TV Aircon. Bed was comfy, shower was good pressure getting a very good rest after daily exploring of Tokyo. Would stay here again if back to Tokyo. Location is very good you are 5 minutes walk from the station that links to the JR and Ginza line. Arigotou!!

The hotel offers everything you could want in a Tokyo stay: clean and comfortable rooms, outstanding service (the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful), and a fantastic location close to key landmarks. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the vibrant Akihabara district. Plus, it's close to some of Tokyo's best sights like the Imperial Palace, Ueno Park, and the beautiful Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa. Everything was so accessible, either by foot or a short train ride (less than 5 minutes away from Kanda station).

We were there a week ago and spent 5 nights there. At reception they are very friendly. It is quiet and you rest well. Very good location. Highly recommended.
