This is a stylish building that won the Good Design Award.When I stayed in 2019, it was rare to find such a stylish accommodation on Amami Oshima, but now there are fewer, but I'm sure there are others if you look for them. However, these accommodations often fill up quickly.It feels like this place was built with care and money. However, I can't help but feel like I've collected too many things for convenience and just kept them there. I think it has become like a way of life. I think the cleaning was done normally. I wasn't looking for the perfect cleanliness of a hotel during my trip to Amami Oshima, so I didn't find it particularly filthy. Since there are few modern hotels on Amami Oshima, I feel that there is little sense of the need for thorough cleanliness. So maybe they felt it wasn't worth complaining about being dirty. I think it would be better to have local management do the cleaning every time.It's a wonderful location overlooking the sea. Although it is not spacious enough for a family to use, it will feel a little more spacious than a hotel room. My expectations were high until I stayed there, but overall my impressions from my stay were that I was pretty satisfied. However, in recent years, new and expensive hotels have been built on Amami Oshima, so I thought this was a reasonable accommodation for the price. The only place near here where you can eat dinner is Bashayama Village, so you should be careful about what you eat.

It's a beautiful villa just like the photo.It looks like you have everything you need.I was scared of insects, so as soon as I arrived, I used mosquito coils and sprayed insect repellent on the grass. It didn't bother me too much, probably because it was May, and I was prepared for it since it's an area with a lot of nature, but that's about it.The room was kept clean and there were no complaints. The washing machine was drum type and even had a dryer, so it was very convenient.In the evening, we went shopping at the local supermarket and had a barbecue on the terrace. Of course, they lend it to us for free. If you let us know in advance, they would prepare it for you. Before having a barbecue, put on your swimsuit and head to the sea right in front of you ^_^ It's a sea with almost no people, so it's full of privacy. It feels great to take a walk in the morning with coffee in hand!I had a pleasant time on Amami Oshima.thank you very much. I definitely want to stay here again when I go to Amami Oshima.

I don't know if it's because the building is buried underground to preserve the landscape, but it may be due to poor ventilation. I would like to request countermeasures.Additionally, I would like to inform you that the owner has informed me that they are making arrangements to install a 24-hour dehumidifier in the bedroom as soon as possible.
