Apart from the photos on the website, the rooms are not neat, the bed sheets are dirty and have marks. booked online but was told to pay again because the rate was different.

Very different from the photos on the website. All hotel facilities are very poorly maintained. There is only 1 staff who takes care of so many rooms.The condition of the room is just like a boarding room that is not well maintained. In the room there is only a plastic bed & table, dirty sheets. The bathroom door could not be closed, only a small bucket was provided to collect bath water. The swimming pool is no longer usable, just a pool of dirty water. The only plus point is the location on the beach.

The sheets are said to have been replaced but there's still a lot of sand, hair and dirt...Ati2 price on the spot is expensive, if you want to order via the application, I'm directed to make it on the spot, the water isn't even hot...it's better to look for another one, the price is relatively the same, just negotiate

The most non-recommended accommodation! The original sm photo is really far away! Really feel cheated. The room was really ugly, like a boarding house room that wasn't looked after, it smelled musty, the bathroom was moldy, the toilet seat didn't work and the water was dirty brown. Not the one like in the picture. Even though I ordered when the normal price was 175 thousand/room/night, not the price of 90 thousand. There was only 1 staff, asked to change rooms and asked to be cleaned first, instead they asked for an additional fee, 200 thousand/room. The reason is 'different boss' even though it is extortion that goes into the staff's own pockets. The serving staff was very unfriendly, while smoking and talking sarcastically towards all customers. The linen was very dirty with lots of spots. The roads in the hotel area are also very muddy. The swimming pool that looks very clean and blue is actually moss green and cannot be used! The road, which looks rocky and bright, actually has lots of unkempt moss-covered trees and muddy red soil. I asked for a refund and it was not given, in the end I was willing to forfeit my money and not stay overnight and chose another accommodation that was more worth it at the same price. Hopefully there will be significant improvements for this hotel soon. Because it's a shame, with a strategic location but zero service, abysmal facilities, 1 star unfriendly staff. I suggest that if you have no choice at all, don't pay first, just pay on the spot, and see the room for yourself, I guarantee you I'm going to vomit because it's so musty. When I was there, many visitors were deceived. Don't regret it

It's not that I don't want to complain about the cleanliness, but its being located on the beach makes the sands go in to the room which is inevitable.I stayed overnight here in deluxe room.First, there's literally no Wi-Fi at all. My phone doesn't detect the Wi-Fi connection at all, don't bother looking for one.Second, the TV doesn't work. TV only works in cottage which you need to pay more.Third, they don't even offer us towels. We have to ask them ourselves. And they don't even have amenities (even a soap) or even bottled mineral water.These three are included as facilities I can get on Traveloka, but somehow they're only words.The upsides are it's near the beach, a minimarket, and relatively cheap. The AC and the hot water were working just fine. Though the water will gradually wear off and become cold. And during the day the AC doesn't help much.Staffs are friendly. They like to chat, but not to accommodate.

Bad mattress, dirty sheets like they haven't been changed, former guests, swimming pool not taken care of, dirty terrace, no one sweeps or mops, AC isn't cold, electricity is off, regret staying here... those who have it just want the money which isn't used. take care of the place
