The room is small. The air conditioner doesn't work well. As others have written, customer service is poor. Nowadays, payment is required in advance. Another thing that bothered me was that there was only one piece of rubber. If you buy two, it costs 300 yen.

I wanted to take a nap in a private room, so I took a break for 6 hours.I used it.I came all the way because I wanted to sleep in a private room.The cleaning ladies' voices are too loudScream loudly and call for other staff members.I could hear yelling and couldn't sleep at all.I thought I should get my money back.

A hotel with facilities that give you a sense of the times. I am a regular customer who has used this hotel about 20 times. I cannot recommend it.Bad points1. Everyone except the clerk (grandma) has bad customer service attitude.2. The charging cord provided was only about 30cm long, making it difficult to charge my phone.3. The pillows are flimsy and uncomfortable.4. I can't get a good night's sleep in the summer because the air conditioner doesn't work well.5. This is a hotel with no Wi-Fi, so you can rely on VOD while staying. By the way, the VOD repertoire is very small and I couldn't find anything enjoyable to watch.6. Overall the hotel is run-down, and the interior design is not very good.7. Perhaps because of the poor installation, you can hear the staff talking in the hallway all the way to your room.8. My boyfriend and I used to use the room all the time, but they accused us of using the room in a dirty manner (defecating in the drain), which I didn't remember, and we were banned from entering the room.Probably because the cleaning was sloppy.It was decided that we had done it. By the way, the room has never been played with, and the only things left in the room are the shells of food and drink and cigarette butts, and no unreasonable use has been made.
