Amazing accommodation with a wonderful owner!Recently, I had the opportunity to stay in one of the best accommodations on the island, and I must say that the experience was absolutely fantastic! Right upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the very first moment, we felt at home.The owner willingly provided us with plenty of useful tips about places worth visiting—ranging from beautiful beaches to great restaurants and stunning viewpoints. His recommendations helped us discover hidden gems on the island that we would have otherwise overlooked.As for the accommodation, it was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to focus solely on relaxation and enjoying our vacation.Additionally, the owner also assisted us in renting a car, which greatly facilitated our exploration of the island. His willingness to help and care made our visit even more enjoyable.Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great place to stay with fantastic service. The owner, Mr. Fukui, is extremely kind and communicates with me at just the right distance, which makes it fun. He knows everything about Miyakojima and will give you exactly the information you want to know. The rooms, showers, and common spaces are all clean and comfortable. I feel the attention to detail. Whether you stay in a dormitory or a private room, I highly recommend Respect. I stayed for 9 nights and it was a great trip and I wish I could have stayed longer.

This is my fourth time coming to Miyakojima, and it was the most satisfying stay I have ever had. You don't have to worry about plumbing, which is common in guesthouses, and it's very clean and the interior is simple yet stylish. The owner is kind and will give you information and secret spots unique to the islanders, so even those who have been here many times will be able to suggest new ways to enjoy the island.

We had a wonderful time on Miyako, also because of the excellent accommodation at Guesthouse Re-Spect. Rarely have I had such clean accommodation. The room was the most spacious for us during our entire trip to Japan. You will always be provided with the best tips in a friendly manner. We spent 6 days on Miyako and during this time we explored and enjoyed the entire island with the guesthouse's e-bikes. The property can be reached from the airport by taxi for around 2200 yen. The guesthouse is a little outside, but everything is easily accessible by bike and there is even a bus stop right around the corner.Pack your snorkel and lots of sunscreen, there are some secluded dream beaches and great underwater worlds to discover here!Thank you for the lovely time and friendly accommodation!

The guest house was very clean and had new facilities. The toilets and showers were cleaner than those found in first-class hotels. You can use the refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen for free, so I think it's suitable for long-term stays or for large groups. The internet was fast, and there were access points on the 1st and 2nd floors, so I had no problems with video conferencing or watching videos.The owner is easy to talk to and will give you recommendations on things like dining and leisure activities. Check-out time is 8:30-10:00, but since there is no need to go through any formalities, it was possible to self-check out earlier than 8:30.

This was my first time visiting a more rural part of Japan and I can confidently say that my stay here helped make it very enjoyable! This is a very new guesthouse with really nice facilities all throughout. The kitchen has a good range of kitchen staples to use with cooking which made cooking a breeze. Fukui-san was kind enough to help with recommending popular and must-visit spots across the islands, as well as where to book a rental car. He also has rental items available (eg. e-bikes, snorkelling gear) to enjoy what Miyakojima has to offer. This guesthouse is a 10 minute drive from the city centre and is a little far away from attraction spots so it’s recommended to arrange a rental car while staying here. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to stay here again in my future travels to Miyakojima! 🐢🩵

I stayed from May 25th to June 2nd, 2023.It was difficult to travel due to the typhoon, so we decided to extend the stay because it was so comfortable!As everyone has mentioned, the owner carefully cleans the place and it feels really clean.In order to please people from overseas, the interior and tableware are Japanese-style, showing the owner's good taste.The first floor is a kitchen space and the second floor is a common space, so even though it is a guesthouse, you can have some time alone.The books placed at the entrance and on the second floor have been carefully selected because we value Miyakojima✨The guest house itself is a little far from the city center, but it is a place where traditional culture remains. This is a highly recommended place for those who want to know the real Miyakojima ☺︎

The owner was very friendly and nice! They researched information about Miyakojima together, were attentive to the guests, and told us many stories. The bedrooms and common spaces were always kept clean. We also have bicycle rentals! There are also electric bicycles. There is also a parking lot. There are plenty of outlets at the dining table and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it a comfortable environment for remote work. There is an old-fashioned store 5 minutes walk away that is open from early morning and sells side dishes, so you can also buy breakfast there.

It was a very stylish guest house.Not only the rooms and hallways, but also the water areas (kitchen, shower room) were well maintained, and it was very clean and comfortable.The owner was very nice and gave me information about the island (hidden restaurants, sightseeing spots, rental car shops, etc.), so I was able to fully enjoy Miyakojima. I will use it again when I come to Miyakojima.

I have stayed in many guesthouses and hostels around the world for 20 years, but this is the first time I have experienced such a clean and clean accommodation. I would like to highly recommend it to Korean travelers visiting Miyakojima in Okinawa! Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and most of all, nice and clean facilities. As expected, Re-Spect! It's best.!!!

The owner, Mr. Fukui, is friendly and kind. I was invited to a social gathering with local elderly people (people over the age of 48 are enrolled in a group of elderly people) and a beach clean, and they took me there.It was fun to be shown around Miyakojima experiences that we couldn't do on our own. It's a guest house, but it's simple, clean, and has nice hotel facilities. Women can stay here with peace of mind. It's a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car since it's in the suburbs, but they lent me a bicycle so I was able to explore by cycling.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the winter.With new home appliances and clean plumbing, I was able to spend my time comfortably without stress. I was also allowed to cook in the kitchen every night.There are privacy-related measures such as locked doors and curtains on the dormitory beds, and the owner is usually at the front desk, so I think it's safe for women traveling alone.Convenience stores and supermarkets are far away, so it's better to get some before going to your accommodation.There are enough hangers so you can rest assured even after washing.There are two sinks and toilets, and three shower rooms, so you won't have to wait long at all.If you want to stay at a guesthouse but are worried about hygiene and distance from other people, I highly recommend you to try it out.
