Shiiba Village in Miyazaki Prefecture is located in the Kyushu Chuo Mountains Quasi-National Park, and there is a legend that it is the place where Heike refugees hid! The Tsurutomi mansion is a secret place surrounded by beautiful greenery where the love between Nasu Daihachiro Munehisa and Tsurutomi Hime blossomed. Why not enjoy a delicious meal with the illusion that time has stopped!

An old mansion with a history of the Heike family, lived in the mansion from the 33rd head of the family to his grandfather. The mansion is currently open to the public. The garden was well maintained and beautiful, and a small shrine was dedicated to it. We want to preserve historical buildings for the next generation. Thank you to the owner.

Push point. In the evening, I thought, ``Ah, the table is laid out. I wonder who's going to eat it. That's nice.''I thought it was me.When I reviewed my plan, I noticed that it said, ``Enjoy a luxurious meal at an important cultural property (Tsurutomiya-yashiki)♪''A nationally designated important cultural property,Cheaper compared to others (accommodation/cultural properties),Delicious dishes of game, wild vegetables, and wild fish(Full stomach, basically healthy)You can eat there.I was really excited and started drinking a lot.Next time I'll go during the hearth season.and. The stars are also beautiful.

The white rice was especially delicious. 😋 There were small yellow grains in the white rice, so I thought it was probably millet. 😋 It was a great meal and I was full. 😋 Country cuisine with healthy seasonings, salt-grilled wild boar, and wood ear mushrooms. The tempura was delicious😋

It was a place where you could learn about the lives of people deep in the mountains in the past. We saw bones displayed as evidence of the hunting of wild boars and deer in the mountains, and we toured the hearth and dirt floor.

There are several inns in the Kamishiiba area, and I didn't have any plans to stay here because I had the impression that they were expensive, but since I couldn't make reservations anywhere else, I had no choice but to book here.Is this an inn next to the Nasu family residence (Tsurutomi residence) run by the family? The rooms are well-built and have no hometown feel, and the tatami and wallpaper have been replaced, giving it a clean feel. Besides, 7,700 yen (business course) for one night and two meals was good. By the way, the amount of food is normal and satisfying (may not be enough for young people)Breakfast started at 7am, so I had rice balls made for me because I was there early, but the service was very considerate and included boiled eggs and bananas.20240421Accommodation
