We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms are pretty. The common areas are very clean and practical. The owner paid particular attention to the quality of the whole. Moreover, this places the service at a very high level. His kindness and professionalism made our stay very pleasant.Note that a tasty restaurant “Yakiniku” is located 5 minutes by car. Mount ASO is also about 30 minutes away by car.We recommend this place and will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

It's perfectly located by the Aso mountains if you're looking to hike around there. The owner gives perfect recommendations for food, onsen, and local hiking trails. His golden retriever dog, Leo, was also a very welcoming and friendly host, an added benefit of choosing this place for any animal lovers. I look forward to choosing this place again for my stay in Kyushu.

My favorite lodging experience while in Japan. The host spent an hour helping me plan out my next day since I wanted to climb Mt. Nekodake. He drove me and helped me to rent an E-bike and was so kind and knowledgeable. Everything was super clean and I felt so safe as a solo traveler. I would recommend this place to anybody, and would even suggest you go out of your way to stay here. Can’t express how positive of an experience this was.
