The hot spring water is smooth and pleasant, leaving your skin smooth.It was great.The food was also very delicious.The room was also calm and relaxing.The landlady explained various things and we had a fun time.I had a great time. thank you very much.

There are many wonderful hot springs along the San'in Line from Toyooka in Hyogo to Tsuwano in Shimane.Unlike northern Hyogo and Tottori, where there are many so-called ``salt hot springs'' that warm the body from the inside and are highly heat-retaining, Shimane is characterized by many ``beautiful skin hot springs'' that have a high pH value and are gentle on the skin.In Shimane Prefecture, my personal feeling is that the east yokozuna of ``Bihada no Yu'' is at Hinoue Onsen, and the west yokozuna is here at Mimata Onsen.The spring quality is a simple alkaline hot spring that is common in Shimane.Mimata Onsen has a very high pH value and a high concentration of meta-silicic acid, so it has excellent moisturizing properties, and you will be impressed by the silky smooth feeling of your skin the moment you take a bath and the refreshing feeling of your skin after taking a bath.It is a famous hot spring that is on par with the so-called three major beauty hot springs and the three major beautiful skin hot springs.In addition, since it is a simple hot spring, it contains few minerals and the osmotic pressure does not put a strain on the body, so you can bathe for a long time and many times.It can be said to be Shimane's proud hot spring resort that can be recommended to everyone, young and old.Among Mimata Onsen, Yamane Ryokan is one of the few inns where you can enjoy hot springs flowing directly from the source.At Mimata Onsen, you can enjoy the warm and creamy feeling even with the circulating hot spring water, but the luxurious feeling of flowing water directly from the source is unique.In addition, the food here is of a very high standard, with a focus on fish dishes caught in the Sea of Japan, so you can't go wrong.The most luxurious time passed in the blink of an eye, and I left the inn with my hair pulled back each time.The bathhouse is currently under renovation as of October 2023, so the photo is of the bath before renovation.Although it is hard to say that it is easily accessible, it is a hot spring inn that is worth traveling to just for this purpose.

The food and the hot springs flowing directly from the source were very good. We enjoyed rice from Kinjo, black beans from Tamba, fresh fish, dishes that make use of the best ingredients, and a melty skin bath.

The hot springs and food are very good. It's a little expensive, but it's understandable. The rooms are also spacious and clean. You can leave it alone and relax in a good way.

The building itself is old and the baths are not separated for men and women, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but it was still a good experience.But most of all, I was surprised at how delicious the food was!It seems that it was originally a fish wholesaler, and there are so many dishes of wild rod-fished fish that you can't eat them all.At noon, visitors are provided with a bath and lunch with a break.The quality of the water is also quite good, flowing directly from the source!The water was so slippery that it became smooth.It was an inn I would like to come back to with my family during the off-season.
