As you stroll through the refreshing sea breeze, you can see the quay that was raised by the Great Hamada Earthquake (approximately 150 years ago), and on the left you can see the vast Nihon Kaisho and the sea, which you will definitely enjoy. .

Parking is available for a fee, but camping is also possible. There is also Aquas. It's right near Hamada Road. I went to Aquas on May 5th, Children's Day, when it opened on May 3rd. Hamada Expressway is heavily congested until early morning. Still, I made my way through the hot spring town and onto a nearby riverside road. We dropped off the entire family at the entrance and parked on the riverbed as the parking lot was full. On the way back, I picked up my family at the entrance and took the back road home. There is no navigation. Roads along rivers always lead to the sea. Just make sure to fill up your tank with gasoline. A cool dad who can't change a tire even if it's a flat tire, is a hero to his kids and can even ride a tractor. You can also use a lawn mower. You can use trucks, motorcycles, forklifts, and cranes. In the Showa era, I collected matches from coffee shops. Coffee is a blend. Breakfast is served in the morning, and daily lunch is served at noon. There was an Invaders game. Resca and Chryso were popular. The drive-in was open 24 hours a day and had a lot of game consoles. There is no convenience store. Those are the good old days. lol

I had my baby with me. The walk to the beach was far while holding him. Also, I couldn’t find a shower to wash him off in after playing!

In early August, we used a free campsite and went swimming in the sea.It was the most fun I've ever been to so far, so I'll summarize it below.Parking lot is ¥1000 per day.To use the free campsite, please register at the administration building (reservation center) from 8:30 on the day of the event and receive a placard. My family checked in around 8:40, but it seemed like 3 groups had already checked in.During the summer vacation, the lawn area is also available for use, so we set up a tarp there.By the evening, there were only about 7 groups of users, and the lawn area was still empty. There was no one playing music or making a lot of noise, so I had a good time. It's about a 3 minute walk from the lawn square to the sandy beach. The west side of Anegahama Beach is shallow, so it is recommended for families with small children. The water is very transparent and you can take beautiful photos with your smartphone from up to 1 meter away. There are small fish and sea urchins near the rocks, so it's fun to observe them with a snorkel.By the way, there is no place to wash your feet for free, so it's a good idea to fill a plastic bottle with water and use it as a simple shower.Water can be replenished at the kitchen next to the lawn area. You can choose between a 5-minute hot shower for ¥200 or a cold shower for ¥200 (I forgot the time) after bathing. The hot water felt like 40 degrees, so I recommend taking a cold shower. If you take a cold shower, you may be able to change your clothes.Thank you to the staff who keep it well maintained🙇🏻🙇🏻
