[It was a great accommodation with reasonable service! ! ]I stayed here on the middle of a 3-day holiday.Dinner time was in 30 minute increments, and the last meal was at 7:30 pm.You can eat a variety of different foods, each person can eat freshly cooked rice in the oven-cooked style, and the steamed clams in a clay pot were very delicious! For breakfast, we used the same seats as for dinner, and there was saikyo-yaki fish and boiled tofu on the table, which were piping hot.And a rich buffet! The croissant was delicious and flavorful even without margarine🥐, the miso soup was made with a lot of freshwater clams, and the eggs were expensive but it was all-you-can-eat🥚There were some negative reviews at first, so I wonder... I thought,It's true that the building itself feels old, but it's well kept and the bathroom in the room has been renovated and is beautiful. With hot springs, an easily accessible location, and 2 meals included, this price is very satisfying! (On the other hand, it's so cheap that I'm worried about management.)The staff at the inn were also friendly and left a good impression.I was also happy that they offered me matcha tea when I checked in.I don't usually write reviews, butI wanted to stay at this inn again, so I wrote about it.There are some harsh reviews, but I would like people to consider this based on the fact that they are staying at this price. If you are unsure, please try staying there✨If I go to Tamatsukuri Onsen again, I would like to stay here again.Thank you very much for this time✨

Perhaps because the accommodation is quite old, there is little attention to detail in the rooms. Lack of consideration for people with disabilities. 50 points inn

Even though the room didn't have an indoor bath, it was a fairly reasonable stay for a hot spring inn.I used 3 hot springs, including one at a sister hotel, and was satisfied with the quality of the hot springs and had a relaxing time.I didn't go for a walk due to the light rain, but it's a very atmospheric town.Although our plan was only for breakfast, all the food, including the rice, was delicious, especially the miso soup with freshwater clams, which we ordered several times.Recommended.

There was no mention of non-smoking, but in this day and age, I guess I was wrong in thinking it was a non-smoking option...The moment I entered the room, my partner, who hates smoking, exclaimed, "It smells like cigarettes..."💧I immediately called the reception extension line to see if anything could be done, but no one answered...I kept the window open the whole time I was in the room, but there was no screen, so bugs came in...It's an old building, so it may be a remnant from the Showa era, but if there was a possibility that there was a lingering cigarette smell, I would have liked to see that mentioned in the hotel information. . .My partner couldn't sleep because of the smell...It was really disappointing even though the hot spring was nice😢

It was my first trip to Shimane, but staying here was a big mistake.1. When we arrived at the inn and passed through the entrance, no one smiled or said, "Thank you for your hard work." Even the explanations given in the lobby were straight-faced and business-like (staff work). They didn't even ask about dinner time, and were forcefully told, ``It's 7:30 at this time.'' The guide didn't even take my luggage and left in front of the elevator on my room floor.2. When I entered the room, it was very dark and felt like a haunted house (I ended up noticing the remote control for the room light 5 minutes before checking out). Anyway, I don't know where anything is, so I keep looking for it (usually there are explanations in advance, right?).3. When I looked, I saw that the tatami mats were bald, and the walls were also covered in stains and bald spots. At the bottom of the wall, the wallpaper was peeling up, which was hidden well with a cushion.4. When you use the toilet at night, water seeps from between the floor and the toilet bowl. I thought it was just my imagination and tried wiping it off with a paper towel, but when I looked in the morning it was seeping out again. When I immediately contacted the staff, they wrapped a towel under the toilet bowl and told me, ``For now, please use this place as is.''*The towels wrapped around the toilet are the same as the bath towels and face towels used in guest rooms, and I intuitively felt that this inn uses rags (for cleaning) and guest room towels in the same way. .5. My throat hurts because my head, where the futon is spread, is directly in front of the air conditioner vent. (Although it can be changed somewhat with the remote control, it doesn't change much.)6. When I checked out, I thought there would be an apology, but there was nothing. After paying, he explained with a big laugh, ``I'm really sorry. I called a contractor right away, and I think he'll come today.''*The toilet was leaking, so there must have been a problem before our stay.Did he explain this every time?7.Perhaps they thought it would be bad to see us looking unconvinced, so they said, ``I'll carry your luggage to your car,'' but didn't ask you to carry it when we arrived. This was a three star hotel. This time I stayed at Kachotei and paid over 20,000 yen per person.Even with the food (the meat was too much to chew) and the hot springs, I didn't feel the hospitality at all, and I couldn't believe it was a three-star hotel. When my friends travel to Shimane Prefecture, please be careful about this ryokan! That's what I'm trying to convey.

Thank you for your help the other day.thank you very much.I was able to relax in a large room with two rooms. The bath was also very nice. There was face wash and peeling gel.It was good. The food was also delicious.Although it was an old inn, it was well kept and clean. The staff were also very kind and brought out the children's yukatas right away. After reading reviews about how the man at the front desk handles salt, I wondered if it was true. I was worried, but I soon understood. But with a serious and polite responseIt felt very good. All the staff were very nice.I would definitely stay there again.

I walked from the inn and took the JR train to the Suigo Festival Fireworks Festival. The rooms were clean, the lobby was cool and air-conditioned, and the matcha tea service was great. The food was excellent, and the Matsue beef and rice were delicious, so I was able to get a second helping.I was able to enjoy both the hot springs and the Hoseikan and relax.

The curtains in the room were in tatters. It's a waste because just cleaning the curtains can improve the atmosphere of the room😢Old inns are nice and tasteful, but cleanliness is important. The food was delicious and I was able to take a relaxing soak in the open-air bath.
