The rooms are spacious, complete facilities, neat and clean. Highly recommended for those who want to staycation here.The deluxe room has a sofa bed so you can sleep too.If you want to have a party, you can use the family room.

Stayed overnight last weekend with extended family. Booked 3 rooms, really satisfied. Checked in at night, greeted by friendly and fast administration. Clean rooms, all equipment functions well. The bed is comfortable so you fall asleep immediately after bathing in warm water. Unique hotel in the middle of the city, access to culinary legends, souvenir centers and tourist attractions is very close and easy. The pisgor and red ginger drink are really delicious. Feels homely. Hopefully it will maintain cleanliness and comfort for the future. Thank You

The rooms are clean and comfortable like at grandma's house, the service is okay, but you can't get breakfast yet. Hopefully next time we go to Sukabumi there will be a breakfast package available🙏❤️

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED...I BOOKED VIA THE AGODA APPLICATION, AFTER MAKING PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION TO THE HOTEL, THEY SAID THE SDG APPLICATION WAS INTERFERENCED.. I ASKED FOR AN RESPONSIBILITY FROM THE HOTEL AND ASKED FOR A SOLUTION BECAUSE I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT BUT THERE'S NO ANSWER UNTIL NOW.. SDG BOOKED ME THE FAMILY ROOM... IT'S REALLY A BAD HOTEL...

Overall it's okay. The rooms are comfortable, spacious (order the deluxe type), you can order food even though there isn't much of a menu. Friendly staff. As a suggestion, maybe you can replace the mirror with a wall-mounted mirror (not hanging) or add a mirror in the cupboard, because there is the potential for it to fall. Yesterday's experience was that my child was still small, very active, pushing the mirror, so he was worried about it falling & breaking.

Stayed 4 nights here in a Superior room type & I'll share the pluses and minuses...Excess :The location is very strategicCleanliness is quite cleanFront office friendlyThe rooms are quite spacious & the water heater works wellThe AC is very cold and greatIt has a smart TV and can access NetflixNot noisy even though the location is on the side of the roadLack:The parking area is not very large, if occupancy is full, lots of cars will definitely be blocked when parkingStayed 4 nights, the water jug was always brought back, so every day I had to ask the FO for a kettleIn my opinion, the room freshener is too strong, to the point where I get a headache every time I enter the room, but I asked housekeeping not to spray perfume and they responded well.

A very homely place to stay. Super service. All the employees are friendly. Get complimentary coffee, tea and pop noodles. There is no water kettle in the room, but 2 thermos flasks of hot water are provided, and free refills. Only the bed is too soft for me. So if you move, everything sways too. But overall it's good... I ordered a family room for four. The room has an attic. So 1 single bed above, 1 below. The bathroom is only downstairs

The views are really nice, lots of natural spots pamper the eyes. the staff from the reception, security, even the gardener are really friendly, oh my God, thumbs up...Got a room at 101 near the reception, just entered the room, the smell was good, clean until you got under the bedThe room facilities are TV antenna, Netflix, refrigerator, water heater, complete amenities, clean and smells great...The atmosphere of the hotel is serene, beautiful, really nice, thank God... I will be a regular customer, God willing, if I visit Sukabumi again...Thank you, Mr. Gardener and the receptionists, very kind of giving you gardening 🩷 Even though I only asked for 2 pots, it didn't take long for someone to knock on the room and give me 4 polybags of plants complete with soil, and also told me how to plant them... Very good, all in all...

the price doesn't reach 400 thousand, the room is okay, clean, there is a slide and a swing in front of the room which makes my child really happy. I got the end room number 107 btw. And my child also likes to eat fish 😂 The staff and security were very friendly, helped me carry the suitcase to the room. The facilities are also okay, Netflix has also been provided, which is really good. keep it up okay! God willing, if you go to Sukabumi, stay here again. thank you!

We were told to compensate the sheets for 240,000 which were stained with marker,Even though we were staying overnight, no one brought a marker.Lesson for other guests, it's best to check/photograph the condition of the room first, so that things don't happen like mine.

Actually the room is nice. Clean. Nice bathroom complete with complete facilities. The complement is delicious. The staff are friendly. But I got a corner room at 107 under twin beds. And I was disturbed by spirits. At first there was the sound of a heavy object being hit on the ground. Sound source from the front. It happened at half past 1 pm. Next I heard the sound of a heavy object hitting the floor from upstairs again at 4 o'clock. I woke up because I was shocked. Like a person walking, but very heavy. Basically it seems like there is activity on the top floor of my room. In the morning I asked the staff, the room above me was empty that night. Guest mace. But it seems like there is activity in the room. I don't go there anymore.
