The food was very delicious. The shuttle bus is fully booked and cannot be reserved. There is no way that one microbus every 30 minutes can handle the number of people who are lining up to check out in the lobby, and I would like them to write on the website that there is a possibility that they will not be able to board the bus. I didn't choose this place from the beginning. Walking in the intense heat was really exhausting. It's a shame because everything else was good.I thought I would have to walk that distance again with huge differences in elevation, but I won't do it again.

I stayed in a room on the 5th floor, but it was on the path to the bathroom, and there were many people walking past early in the morning talking loudly, making it difficult to sleep. The same goes for the middle of the night. Is it necessary to alert guests? The room is clean and has a nice view, but you can hear the sound of cars. I would like to see a double sash installed in the renovation. You may feel more comfortable on the higher floors. Breakfast was delicious.

This was my first time using it, but I have not returned. The reason is below.・The hallway is outside. It feels like an apartment building. It gives an image of a housing complex. It was a good thing that I happened to go during a sunny season, but I think it would be difficult just to cross the hallway in the middle of summer or on a rainy day.- There are bugs in the elevator, bugs in the hallway, and bugs in the room. Definitely not recommended for people who are afraid of insects. There are too many stink bugs anyway.-The walls are thin, so footsteps and voices are too noisy. Probably because there were many children in the room, the noise of running around and screaming was very unpleasant.・The overall cleaning is not thorough. In particular, there were insects, spider webs, and even moss growing in the bath. This is my first time at a hot spring like this. The good thing is that you can see the sea from your room. If you make a reservation for the Atami Sea Fireworks day,I think you can see it from your room. Other than that, the place couldn't really be considered a hotel. However, the price is quite reasonable, so it may be a good choice for those who want to save on hotel costs. As I was looking forward to my trip to Atami, I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel.

The path to the room touches the outside. Each room is accessed through a corridor similar to an apartment, so there are a lot of insects in the hallway, elevator, and rooms. There are many people with children, and the sounds of running around and voices can be heard both in the rooms and in the hallways, so if you stay with children, you are sure to get along well!

The location is right in front of the sea, so the view is good. However, the sound of the waves hitting is loud, so if you are bothered by that, you might not be able to sleep. It was built like an old apartment building, but I felt that was typical of Atami.Dinner was Teppanyaki, and the hotel price was about 14,000 yen, but if you eat it outside, it costs about 5,000 yen.Freshly grilled fish is delicious for breakfast, but if you don't eat it in small portions as soon as you sit down, the air conditioner's wind will quickly cool it down. The rice will also become crispy. In about 5 minutes. However, since it's a cheap hotel, I didn't think it was a place to look for service. At the time of reservation, the number of people was not known,There were times when I couldn't make dinner arrangements and had to move the time.It took about 5 minutes per person to pay for dinner. Furthermore, the billing was incorrect and I received many phone calls after I got home, which was a hassle.I felt it would be smarter and better to do everything online and eat outside the hotel.

Hotel located right on the ocean, room with a balcony. Comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, even though the facility's glory days are behind it. The room consisted of two parts, one of which was typical hotel, the other typical Japanese, where you could sleep on futons. We attended a traditional Japanese dinner dressed in yukata with a group from a travel agency and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet was good, although I missed some basic fruit. The hotel staff was pleasant and competent.

I suddenly went on a trip during my husband's day off. The room is small. I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel, but you can be sure that it will be different from the photo. The air conditioner in the room was full of mold as if it hadn't been cleaned. I'm scared to put it on. The toilet and bath are in a unit, so they are very small. It's too small to use the toilet if it's left open. I went to the public bath, but since I arrived at the last minute, I went in quickly. The bathhouse is dark. There are two types of shampoo. It was nice to have free cold water, but even though I had booked a yukata for free when I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel, there was no information at the front desk, and when I went to get it, I was told that it would be charged. When I checked my reservation on my cell phone, it said it was free, so I got it confirmed. I paid about 17,500 yen including breakfast, but this hotel was not worth it. It's built like an old apartment complex, and unless you lock it, it stays vacant. The door will not lock automatically. It's an old one where you insert the key and turn it. I was told that it was not possible to reserve a parking lot, so I was directed to the first parking lot, and when I went there, it was far away. And a steep hill with a sharp turn. A big car is not possible. It is also impossible to have a low car height. So I parked at the municipal stop. Other people's reviews say that people who park in municipal parking lots get tickets, but they don't say anything about that either. Too little consideration. I will never come again. When I passed through the hallway, I heard a lot of voices, so I thought the children's cries must have been very loud. I also took a bath in the front, but I didn't like the dripping from above. The person at the front desk has very bad handwriting. The tall person at the front desk has a very bad attitude. If you can't serve customers, please quit because it's not worth the money you're spending. I recently went to a 5-star hotel in Vietnam, and it cost 12,000 yen and included a pool. In Japan, 17,500 yen is too expensive for something this dirty. The person at the front desk may be local, but since we are not locals, we should have been told that there are some roads that we cannot walk on, but they didn't give us any consideration and we had to walk down dangerous roads. That too was incomprehensible. There will definitely be no repeats.

Unfortunately, it was raining, but we were able to spend a relaxing time in a room with a view of the ocean. When making a reservation, we were informed that the parking lot was full, but when we actually visited, there were spaces available, so if you are driving, it would be best to check in advance.Captain Cook's Teppanyaki is exquisite.

The hotel is getting older, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. All rooms have a beautiful ocean view! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The onsen was clean and very relaxing. It is a short walk downhill to get to beaches, stores and restaurants. The shuttle bus to/from the train station was very helpful!

Used for Golden Week. I think it was good overall. It is better to think that there is no parking, so use the paid parking nearby. Perhaps because of Golden Week, dinner starts at 20.50. Viking style. It's a little late! Hot spring 🌟 4 Meals 3 Overall 4 Would I like to use it again? The customer service was very pleasant. When I returned home, a female staff member carried my luggage in a cart to the parking lot.
