For the first time, the staff prepared the kimono for me before asking me my size. I'm glad that the staff takes care to accommodate large people. It was a terrible customer service where they charged me for a drink I didn't even drink at the very end. It's ruined.

Parking lot is far. The building is old. The customer level is low. The food is cheap and satisfying. The room is spacious. You can feel the Showa era, for better or for worse. There are no locked lockers in the changing rooms of the public baths, and there are many elderly people who don't understand the common sense of today's society, so we have created a system where you can search through other people's luggage and use towels. The payment system is also difficult to understand as the bill is placed on the table during the meal. If you are traveling with children, you need to be careful.

It smells like cigarettes anyway. I had it deodorized, but it was too smelly. Why is there only one non-smoking room? It's commonplace these days to have smoking areas in places where smoking is prohibited, and I think it's a huge anachronism. It's a real shame because the open-air bath in the guest room was cheap and had free-flowing water. The open-air bath in the guest room does not have a roof, so if it rains. .The food was also quite poor considering the cost of this accommodation, and the taste was also disappointing. Was it delicious? There is none.It can't be helped that the building is old, but I think they should do more cleaning. If you look up, you'll see spider webs and dust. There are a lot of insects inside the electric lamp in the room. The stone area under the window sill in the large bath was covered in clumps of hair. I don't know if I forgot to clean it up when cleaning, or if I never did it in the first place. .The elderly man in charge of the parking lot didn't even say hello, and suddenly he came next to the car that was backing up and was in front of me! ! Over there! You already knew this was the case from the moment we met you.I go on a hot spring trip every month, but even with the hot springs at Tamatsukuri Onsen, I don't have any repeat visits.

Stayed on August 14th. My wife and 4 step-parents. An inn built just like the old days. We do not assume that you will be arriving by car. When I arrived, the doorman asked me to leave it in a parking lot far away and then come. However, when checking out, the doorman brought the customer's car. There is a difference in service. It wasn't a cheap course by any means. Is it because of high season? The parking lot was also very crowded with cars and it was very difficult to get out. I didn't know where the entrance to the public bath was, so I asked the person I thought was a waiter, but he said, "Can't you see what's right in front of me?" he asked lightly. I guess it depends on the room, but in room 235, the toilet was poorly ventilated, lukewarm and smelly, so I hesitated to use it. Just as I was about to leave, a baby cockroach came out from under the clothes rack. For a moment I thought I was going to crush her, but since I was about to go home, I thought about the people around me and got through it. Dinner and breakfast were generally good. The person serving me was also generally nice. It's not a problem that the facility is old, but I was disappointed to see that it wasn't well maintained everywhere, such as the carpet in the hallways being dirty and worn out, and the elevator buttons being worn (you hesitated to press them all together).

Perhaps because I chose a cheap room, the floor plan was at the back of the inn, so the view wasn't great. However, even though it is old, it was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi can only be used in the lobby on the first floor, so I wish it could be used in the rooms as well. The atmosphere of the Showa era, such as the sofa in the lobby, is still there, so it felt nostalgic.
