First time staying at this hotel because a friend had a wedding in Sukabumi. Incidentally, the room price was IDR 570,000 for a deluxe room plus breakfast.In terms of location, it is very easy to reachNice buildingGood parking, security is helpful and friendlyEnter the building,Checkin was fast, but the receptionist was not friendly. Asked for a "non smoking" room, he said for deluxe there are no non smoking rooms, everything is mixed. Only in the executive. But it wasn't explained well in the application about this, and the receptionist only answered casually.Enter the room,Standard size rooms, adequate cleanliness.The toilet in the bathroom smells a bit (next time try investing a little in camphor or air freshener)The hexaust fan is noisy.The shower drain is cloggedHot water works wellFor beds, standard sizes. But,The mattress is already bad, yes, if the color is just dull it can still cover the sheets, but this is already sinking in, and doesn't support the body. As a result, when you wake up in the morning you don't feel refreshed, you actually have back pain, how come a hotel with the cheapest rate of 500 thousand can't buy a new bed?Coincidentally, we arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock at night, to complain that we were tired. But how come you get a room with limited facilities? The bed is the most important thing for staying in a hotel, yes, this is actually the nicest :)For breakfast, the menu is not very extensive. But for the good taste.Incidentally, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the price was relatively cheap and the taste was delicious.

The location is close to km2, please pay attention to the sheets, especially the pillows, they have changed color to cream, the windows can't be closed tightly, need repair, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the food too

THIS ROOM IS PLEASE DO NOT SELL PLEASEThe 1st floor smells badThe bathroom smells really badThe AC is really noisy, like the sound of helicopter propellersThe water in the sink splashed everywhereThe hot water doesn't work wellAnd the lights go outI have never given a bad review to any hotel but not this timeMaybe it's because I live in a standard room, but for the price of 400 thousand there should be lots of better ones...I've stayed in cheap to expensive hotels but this is the worst

First time staying at this hotel, and quite satisfied!My family and I stayed in the Executive room type at a price of around 570 thousand, including breakfast for 2 people. The room is spacious, there is a work desk, semi-sofa chair, drinking water, hot water kettle and refrigerator. The bathroom is also quite spacious, but unfortunately the hot water is only warm even though it has been turned on for a long time.There is a swimming pool & simple gym equipment on the 1st floor. Not too big, but enough for children to swim. But when I came, the water was quite dirty & a bit oily. Maybe the cleanliness of the pool water could be improved :)The hospitality of the staff is very good, friendly and helpful. Apart from that, on the 5th floor there is a rooftop cafe with delicious & affordable food. Breakfast is at the same place, the food is delicious even though there are not that many varieties.Overall, at that price, it's really worth it. Hopefully the service will be improved again, thank you!

Poor supply and facilities. Just imagine a Receptionist decided to take two water bottles from a room just for stupid reason which was because the new day has not started yet !!!This is very frustrating to the guests.
