We haven't been open for about 2 years, but why do we have word-of-mouth ratings?

Finally, it was announced that the museum will be closed from October 1, 2022 until next summer for renovation work. I am worried that this kind of announcement has a very high possibility of going out of business. It was a really good hotel in its heyday, so I hope it comes back to life.postscriptThe closure period has been extended from summer 2023 to fall 2024. For the time being, I think it's a good trend that comments are being posted about what's going on.

It seems that only 3 platinum suites are open.I was only able to book the platinum suite. When I went, I was the only customer! Leaving a high-grade hotel all by myself was uncomfortable and I couldn't relax. If I had known in advance, I would have canceled. The fee was 55,000 yen, but from now on it seems to be 78,000 yen. Those who make reservations should be prepared to reserve the property exclusively. If only three platinum suites are open, they should announce this. It seems that the signboard dog passed away a few years ago.
