I was concerned about the smell in the building and the room. The thing I was most looking forward to was the hot springs, which had a strong smell of disinfection.Regarding the quality of the breakfast buffet.I gave this rating based on the above 3 points.

The hot water and food were great. The meal was served in a banquet hall with a large number of people. I was also happy that the employees greeted customers with a smile. Next time I will come on a family trip.

I stayed with my family of 4. The staff were very kind. The room felt old, but it was nice and clean. The public bath had lots of washing areas, and the changing room was also spacious. …

No tattoos allowed in the Public Onsen (only OK in private onsens, which cost ¥3,000/h). The changing area is filled with posters restating the tattoo ban next to pictures of a happy family... so behind the times really. Despite not being able to use the onsen facilities, my partner who has tattoos was still required to pay the ¥150 onsen tax upon check-out.Apart from that, this is a good onsen hotel with excellent facilities and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, an impressive selection!
